Best car buying experience! I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek at Autofair earlier this month and I could not be happier with my experience! This is actually my second car purchased I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek at Autofair earlier this month and I could not be happier with my experience! This is actually my second car purchased with Mike Testa. I had purchased a different vehicle at Autofair earlier this year which was, unfortunately, not a good fit for my growing family. When it was time to get something a little bigger we went back to see Mike Testa because he was a such a pleasure to work with last time. He was VERY patient with me as I was indecisive about what vehicle would be a good fit and afraid of making the same mistake. He was really great when I had asked to take two of the vehicles out for additional test drives (I’m probably the worst customer). He even helped me come up with a pros/cons for each vehicle. I felt that he really wanted to make sure I got all the features I needed - rather than pushing the more expensive model. The longest part of the transaction was deciding what car I wanted. In finance we had Max who was really great! He took the time to answer all of my questions. We were in and out. We drove the car home same day. They gave me a great deal on my trade. I have never had such a seamless car buying experience. I’m loving my car, especially the AWD for the winter! More

I must admit I was reluctant to even make the call at AutoFair because of other reviews.Dont get me wrong there were some good ones as well. Either way I did. From the beginning of this process to the end I cant say I have any complaints. Manny who answered my call was so professional & honest with me from the beginning. He was courteous enough to call me to let me know there was another appointment scheduled last minute to come see the car before my appointment. I thought that was great to know considering I have 1 1/2 hr drive. I came out anyway met with Manny who led me to Mike. Mike was professional & attentive as he could be. I test drove the vehicle & at that time Mike answered all my questions. He was very supportive & helpful & knowledgeable. Finally I was transitioned to RJ the finance guy & again I'm so impressed. He made sure I was absolutely taken care of. I cant thank these guys enough for helping me through this process. I got a wonderful car at a great price. The process of this is pretty lengthy so I do suggest you eat before you come or bring something to eat with you. They do have Starbucks coffee & popcorn. Lol I even left with my car the same day & they had it set up & ready for me to go.I didn't even expect to leave with the car that same day but it happened.
