A little bit bummed. I'm a little bit bummed with my experience. Kim was great. She was really pleasant and easy to work with. I bought a used van (2018) and it felt like as soon as I signed to purchase no one was willing to help. There was a slight vibration when driving which was found to be unbalanced tires. They took care of that (after 2 trips up) and it went away. There is also a clunking/rattling noise coming from the front that they won't fix. They said it passed the 152 point inspection, yet the tires needed balancing and they acknowledged that. It's a bit strange to balance the tires if it passed the 152 point inspection yet not fix the clunking. This was our first "new" car experience and I'm not totally pumped. We got a van because we have 3 kids, yet my wife is very skeptical with driving it on the highway because of the noise coming from the front end. The back tire is also in rough shape and after going to an independent mechanic he was also surprised they let it off the lot like that with the tire and the noise. Just stinks that I'm going to have to replace a tire and figure out how to fix the noise literally the second I left the dealership. The business manager also seemed like he wasn't very knowledgeable. He forgot to run my card for the down payment but called me two weeks later and essentially told me to drive back up and pay because I didn't pay him, as if I did that purposefully. You live and you learn I guess. More

Good dealership, but pushy sales people Upon driving into the dealership, we were "swarmed" with sales people - one guy was very pushy and jumped another guy's "turn" at the clients. This w Upon driving into the dealership, we were "swarmed" with sales people - one guy was very pushy and jumped another guy's "turn" at the clients. This was an immediate turnoff. The sales person we worked with, Mike T., was very enthusiastic and had great energy. However, he was pushy to get a final sale from us. My overall impression of the sales people is that they are driven to make commission. This is a very big turnoff for me. I would prefer a sales person committed to finding me the right vehicle for my lifestyle and budget - not driven by a commission price tag. My recommendation would be for the dealership to offset their sales person's income with salary versus being solely commission-driven; perhaps then they wouldn't come off so "thirsty" to clients. In the end, Mike suggested we walk the lot just one last time, to see if anything jumped out at us - and good thing we did because that's when I found the car I ended up purchasing! When it was time to sign paperwork with the finance department, it took MUCH MUCH longer than we had anticipated due to computer glitches. Originally I was told it should take 30 minutes but I was there for closer to 2 hours. Was given zero compensation for my time wasted (lost salary). RJ did sell me on the extended warranty / gap insurance package - I found it to be a great bang for the buck. However, I wished our sales person would have mentioned the dealer fees and warranty fees up front instead of springing it on me at the end. The sales floor was very clean and well organized; however, having sales people share desks is very unprofessional. Mike had to share his desk with a desk buddy - and when his desk buddy saw Mike was with clients, he should have gotten up and left - but he didn't. So we had to stand around awkwardly and wait while desk buddy packed up his stuff and moved which was only AFTER Mike asked him to. Would recommend each sales person working the floor be assigned their own desk - especially on busy weekends. Waiting area was nicely furnished and restrooms were spotless. Vehicle inventory/selection was excellent. Overall, a nice, clean, organized dealership with great used car inventory - however, the sales people need to be friendlier, less pushy, less "thirsty" for sales, and more considerate to their fellow employees.
