AutoFair Subaru

First let me start off with saying that I never owned a Subaru, always been a Honda customer for over 30 yrs. When arriving @ the AutoFair Subaru Dealer we were induced to Mike Testa. We stated that we were interested in the Crosstrek, he immediately informed us of some great features & if we were interested in going for a test drive & we did & loved it. We informed Mike that we had a trade in, which was a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring a Florida vehicle with only 7 thousand miles In mint condition. We eventually got the deal we wanted after back and forth with the financial office & Manager & purchased the 2021 Crosstrek Limited. Mike Testa is great to work with, made car buying a worry-free experience. We also feel that we got an exceptional & extremely knowledgeable professional & responsive individual. Mike really knows his Subaru’s, answered every single question we had, excellent customer service. After we had purchased the vehicle Mike explained the car’s features, It was very much appreciated the time he took & patience to inform us of every single detail feature.
