Yesterday; I was at the CHAD East/West Football matchup at UNH in Durham,Nh. This was a fundraiser for the Dartmouth Childrens Hospital. I was there operating my food services through an agreement with the UNH Athletics..Part of the days proceeds from my operation, are donated to CHAD. Across from our location; there were two new Nissans on display and a lovely young salesperson named Sandra Fortin was greeting the public as they were passing through. I watched her interact with potential customers and passing out some flyers and coupons. She was very polite,friendly, and very professional in her manners. We talked a bit about your product line and I realized that she was very intelligent as well. As for myself and being also in sales,; I noticed that she had some very good business qualities that alot of sales people lack. I admired her knowledge about your company and how well she had represented your company that day. I am in the market for a new car for myself and my daughter as well, and I will definitely be contacting your dealership in the near future. I had gotten a flyer in the mail about being pre-approved for a loan. My girlfriend had suggested a call to see what it was about. So i finally did I spoke to Jewelie, she was very nice told me to come in an for a loan. My girlfriend had suggested a call to see what it was about. I went to dealerships in my past and had no luck I wasn't expecting anything. Sandra Fortin greeted us as we got to the dealership and made us very comfortable. Her manager Patrick Gannon came over introduced himself and was very pleasant, getting all the details he needed from us to get what i was looking for. Even with my credit I had due to past mistakes they made everything possible to get me into a new car. I couldn't believe it. Even a minor problem of getting a title they had me in a rental car that day until I could pick up the new car. They did everything so efficiently I was amazed. Sandy kept in touch via text while they were waiting on the title and that made me more at ease about the whole situation. The day i picked up my vehicle sandy was suppose to be off, she was working on her day off to make sure everything went smoothly. I appreciate all that was done and I'm grateful I got that flyer. After my boyfriend received notification in the mail regarding being pre-approved once again from a car dealer. I had him call, he spoke with Jewelie over the phone and she set up an appointment. Going to Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham we had no expectations of buying a vehicle. We just went to see what it was all about, well I dragged him nicely. I thought wouldn't it be nice for him to have a car with electric windows, electric locks, maybe even a car I would drive. We had the pleasure of being greeted when walking from my car by Sandy asking what we were there for, she warmly welcomed us inside to the showroom to her desk. She went to find out from Jewelie to find out what the preapproval was all about. Not even 10 minutes after being there, Patrick Gannon came over introduced himself, got an idea of what we were looking for or what we wanted and asked Sandy to get all of our information. We didn't have any particular car in mind we wanted just a newer, updated, and gas efficient. After conversing with Sandy for a while getting our information, Patrick got a key to a vehicle and had Sandy pull it up for us to test drive. We went outside and we were amazed at a nice 2010 Honda Civic. Took it for a test drive, loved it. Pulled back into the parking lot, Patrick was outside with a different car. A 2012 Honda, low mileage, great condition, wanted us to take it for a drive. My boyfriend loved it, still with only little emotion due to disbelief he may purchase a new car. Then the dreaded time came with talking about the numbers. Patrick and the financial department did what they said they were going to do. They knew prior what we thought would be reasonable, and that's what they did. After signing all the paperwork, there was one problem. They didn't have the title to the new car we signed papers on yet. They told us and had already arranged a rental car for us thru enterprise until they received the title. They had enterprise there to pick us up. They even someone from the dealership to come with us back home to pick up the car we were going to trade in. We didn't bring it for the fact we had no intention of buying a car. So now it was my turn to be a pest about if they got the title, every time i was in touch with Sandy to ask if they got it yet she was quick to respond. When the title came in, it was on a day she was off. She came in to help other customers and ended up delivering our car the same day. It goes to show she goes the extra mile to satisfy and make sure her customers are completely happy. After dealing with many car dealers in the past I have to say this by far is the most efficient, friendly, welcoming, pleasant, accommodating one I have ever walked into. I'm so glad I decided to drag my boyfriend there, I haven't seen that smile on his face disappear since picking up the car. Sandy and Patrick were great I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or new to them vehicle. I appreciate all the work you and your dealer did, from the start of the phone calls from Jewelie, to Sandy to Patrick on the sales floor, to the financial guy (im sorry I forget your names) to the woman that drove in the rental to pick up the traded in car.
