I met Sandra and we wandered the lot looking at multiple styles of Nissan's. Sandra fallowed me and answered all my questions and at no time did she did she ever try any sales pressure pitches. She very professionally put up with my xxxxxxxx and griping about every used car I looked at ( not that the cars were bad, its just what I do). The car was to be a gift for my daughters 21st birthday, which was the next day. The end result was purchasing a new Sentra that Sandra suggested might be a good choice due to warranty options. Never did she push it, but the suggestion was a wise choice. It was finalized and home 1/2 hour before my daughter got home for her party, so the transaction was very quick. When we went back to drop off my daughters Altama we were trading in, many of the staff greeted her with Happy birthday wishes. Its nice to know they take a personal approach to their job. This was a new dealership for me but when I met Todd he was pleasant, easy to work with,patient and just a nice guy to work with. I found Todd to be a caring person and very understanding a rarity in was pleasant, easy to work with,patient and just a nice guy to work with. As soon as we stepped out of our car Doug Montgomery greeted us. He showed us the specific inventory of cars we were interested in as well as all the features/options, then we testdrove the car. We went back to Doug's office and discussed a tradein and offered a price. When we couldn't come together we went home. It was apparent Doug was working with his management. The next day he called us a couple of times and we made the deal. Doug was with us answering questions about the car and transaction until we drove the car home. We drove back with questions about instrumentation and Doug was there to help us. Unlike some car dealers where the salesman drops the customer once the deal is finished. We are happy with our new Murano. More
