What a great experience I had. My mother and I came looking for one type of car and Doug showed us what we were looking for. I thought for sure that being two women we would be worked over and the car looking for one type of car and Doug showed us what we were looking for. I thought for sure that being two women we would be worked over and the car salesmen would think we knew nothing. But Doug was nothing like that. He really worked hard to make me feel at easy and made sure I was doing the right thing. I really cared about me and not just about the sale. I would recommend Doug and this dealership in a heartbeat. More

Emily was very friendly yet professional. She took an interest in not only our desire to find the right car, but also she seemed to care about other things that we were interested in. I feel that Benjamin Rennie was not forthcoming when handling my application. He did not tell me that I would have 8 credit inquiry's on my report. He say it's because they have to find the bank that wi handling my application. He did not tell me that I would have 8 credit inquiry's on my report. He say it's because they have to find the bank that will take my application. So I could have gone out with at least 30 more new inquiry's that will damage someone's report which it did mine. They had me there for 4 hrs which I am sure it's a tactic had me drive several cars only to put me in a Toyota Camry that was not cleaned , no floor matts and no warranty of any kind. I would NOT recommend this place to my enemies. The only bright spot was the representative Emily Balkin who tried her best but was pushed aside by management, especially Benjamin Rennie. Stay far far away from auto fairs Nissan of stratham. More
