No pleased at all. Very poor customer service from Nick K. And Jim B. They ran my credit without authorization and when I asked them to send letter to my creditor to address the issue Nick said he had to c K. And Jim B. Nice customer service Nick, way to go. Jim never returned my calls, and I was told tlby Nick there was nothing he could do for me. Well thank you for the drop in points on my credit score. I asked in advance if a credit check ould be needed even If I payed cash, and Jim's response was no. I will never do business with your dealer again and I will do everything I can do get the word out what liars you both are and how little you care about your customers. Sandra Fortin was my sales rep and she was good, price was fair, she negotiated for me. she even tried to have my issue with Nick and Jim addressed. Again, my dissatisfaction is with Nick and Jim and there poor customer service skills. More

Due to my unique time constraints, I called to do some preliminary research before actually traveling to the dealership. I spoke with Samantha who was able to put together a few possible vehicle choices b preliminary research before actually traveling to the dealership. I spoke with Samantha who was able to put together a few possible vehicle choices based on my financial information and the needs of my family. I came in about a half hour before the dealership was scheduled to close expecting to only have enough time to meet with a sales representative and view the vehicles selected by Samantha. I met with a sales representative, Mike St. Laurent, who had the vehicles all lined up and ready for me to view. He was very friendly and informative, answering every question I asked without placing any pressure on me in order to make a sale. He truthfully explained the features of each vehicle without trying to "talk me into" anything I was not sure of or comfortable with. I was very impressed with his style and have to say that it was definitely Mike and Samantha who gave me the very positive initial impression of the dealership and made me want to proceed with a vehicle purchase through AutoFair Nissan of Stratham. I determined that one of the vehicles would be a great fit for me and my family. Even though it was now past closing time, Mike continued to work with the Finance team to get the financial data together and try to secure a loan on my behalf for the purchase of the vehicle. Once it looked like the preliminary financing was possible, even the service team stayed to ensure that the vehicle would be ready for delivery that night. I was very impressed that all employees involved were willing to stay a few hours after closing time to see that this process was completed and that I was satisfied. As if this wasn't enough, and even though everyone was tired and it was late, because of the fact that I had come in alone driving my husband's vehicle, Mike and one of his associates offered to follow me home in the newly purchased vehicle in order to complete the delivery! I was so grateful! In summary, based on several past car-buying experiences, I expected to have to go through an extremely high-pressure stressful process in order to purchase a much needed vehicle. What I found at AutoFair Nissan of Stratham was almost totally the opposite! I was made to feel that as a customer, I was very important. I was treated with respect and provided with superior customer service in order to ensure that my car-buying experience would be the most pleasant, easy, satisfying experience I could have. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know needing to purchase a vehicle. I would also definitely consider returning for any other vehicle purchases I may need to make in the future. THANK YOU! More
