Awesome Customer Service, Great Deal I can't say enough about how great these guys are. The process of buying the car here was more or less what you would expect, though I will say that I I can't say enough about how great these guys are. The process of buying the car here was more or less what you would expect, though I will say that I feel like I got a fair deal for my trade and that they were willing to meet me at a price I was comfortable with. But incredible quality of their customer service came out when our business transaction became complicated. For reasons outside anyone's control, the car I purchased was not ready to take home for almost a month after I bought it. Understandably, I was frustrated with the situation but the guys at Autofair were so helpful and did whatever they could to make it up to me -- even though it wasn't their fault. I think that's a mark of a great business, one that is really concerned with the customer's overall experience, understands where the customer is coming from, and will do whatever they can to keep them satisfied. Josh, Ben and Jon were great and I would recommend working with them to anyone. I will certainly go back next time I need a car -- even though the dealership is almost two hours away from home! More

He searched out vehicles I had requested over the phone I recently needed to purchase a new vehicle and dealt with Mike St. Laurent. Mike was great! He searched out vehicles I had requested over the phone before my arrival and had them ready for me to test drive upon my arrival saving me some time that none of us seems to have these days. He was pivotal in pointing out that my particular needs in a vehicle I might consider a lease vs. purchasing and after talking with Mike I realized he was right. I was a nervous wreck but Mike was so calm and reassuring to me that I decided I was going to try leasing for a change. FUN AND EASY CAR SHOPPING IT HAD BEEN 14 YEARS SINCE I BOUGHT A NEW CAR. IT WAS TIME TO GET RID OF THE MINIVAN AND TIME FOR ME TO GET SOMETHING I REALLY REALLY WANTED. MICHAEL IT HAD BEEN 14 YEARS SINCE I BOUGHT A NEW CAR. IT WAS TIME TO GET RID OF THE MINIVAN AND TIME FOR ME TO GET SOMETHING I REALLY REALLY WANTED. MICHAEL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL 3 OF THE CARS I TEST DROVE. I KNEW WHAT I WA NTED BUT WASN'T SURE IF IT WAS IN THE BUDGET. HE BROUGHT OVER MIKE MANSFIELD TO HELP OUT AS WELL. WHEN I TOLD BOTH GUYS WHAT I REALLY WANTED THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. MIKE TOLD ME THEY INDEED HAD IN STOCK MY DREAM CAR HE HAD IT BROUGHT OUT FOR ME TO TEST DRIVE. THEY MADE SURE THE CAR FIT OUR BUDGET AS WELL. MICHAEL ALSO GAVE US HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE HIMSELF AVAILBALE TO US AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS FINAL, WHICH WE DID UTILIZE AND HE WAS HAPPY TO HEAR FROM US.. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH HIM THAT MY FATHER IN LAW WENT IN 2 DAYS LATER AND BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM MICHAEL AND HUSBAND WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK 2 WEEKS LATER AS WELL. Purchase if 2011 Juke I wanted to take the time to tell you what great service that we had at your dealership. Jamie was so helpful and attentive. We had been in a few months ago to look at another used car and when all was said and done, we decided it was not right for us. Jamie & Chris were very understanding. Our situation changed and we decided to look at the Juke. I looked at a few used ones online and Jamie called to let us know that it was a family weekend at the dealership and there were deals to be had. We stopped by and found Jamie and he told us all about the car. We took it for a ride and loved it. Between him & Chris they fed us and our kids some great burgers and hot dogs and were able to get the numbers to a payment that we were comfortable with.
