Per our prior conversation, we are glad to assist in any way that we can. We have discussed the concern with the convertible top company, arranged for their technician to be on hand, offered to provide a loaner car if need be, follow up on the service request and provide financial support if necessary. We can not however service the convertible top at our location due to the specialized nature of the issue. The convertible top has been on the car for 6 months with no issues reported to us until now, with the issue reported that the top leaks when going through a high pressure car wash. Because it is a specialized problem, namely the convertible top, it does have to be diagnosed by the company who put the top on. If it were not a specialized issue, we would be happy to diagnose it and correct it here at our Dealership. Once the problem can be diagnosed, it will very likely be corrected at no charge to the customer. We have been in contact with the convertible top company, arranged for a technician to be on hand. They do however need to see the vehicle to diagnose the issue. We have also offered to provide a loaner car if need be, follow up on the service request and provide financial support if necessary.
