Excellent Car Buying Experience We went to AutoFair Nissan last weekend to check out the new Altima. We had stopped by a few other dealerships earlier that day to check out comparab We went to AutoFair Nissan last weekend to check out the new Altima. We had stopped by a few other dealerships earlier that day to check out comparable cars in that class. Walking into AutoFair was different. The place was nice, big and bright, The people were very friendly. Two guys opened the doors for us and introduced us to Mike Mansfield who greeted us like he was waiting for an old friend. I told him I wanted to check out the Altima. It was extremely cold out so he pulled one into the service bay so we could check it out. This was extremely helpful because I had my two kiddos with me. We took a test drive. He asked me a bunch of questions and quickly worked some numbers. He was very willing to work with me. This was my first car buying experience that was pleasant and I've been through several. Mike was great through the entire process. I was very high maintenance and it didn't seem to matter. Mike treated me and my family with respect and we got a great deal. I will definitely go back to AutoFair for my next car More
Leaking convertible Had a convertible top replaced and leaks. Paid dealership to replace it and they just want to pass the buck saying they subcontracted the job so they Had a convertible top replaced and leaks. Paid dealership to replace it and they just want to pass the buck saying they subcontracted the job so they are not responsible even though I paid Autofair Nissan of Stratham. There service department it the worst I have ever seen and there general manager Larry Tentarelli is very arrogant and unwilling to help. I bought the car from them in the August of 2014. I bought the new top from them a month later in September. The top had been on for 3 months when we brought it back. The service department said it was normal for a convertible to leak. I was very frustrated with that answer. They want me to bring it to the subcontractor which is about an hour away from my house even though when I bought the top I brought the car to Nissan and I paid Nissan of Stratham for the job not the subcontractor. They refused a loaner car and said that there is a liability for them to drive it to the subcontractor. There was no liability when we brought it in to have it replaced the first time. If I had brakes replaced on my car and had problems with them the mechanic would take it for a test drive. The liability would be the same. I cant imagine the Stratham Nissan does not have liability insurance. Stratham Nissan does not back there work and does not care after they sell the car. I'm asking Stratham Nissan to do the right thing but with management they have I don't think its possible. I'm emailing Andy Crews the owner to see if I get a better response Karl Lohndorf More
Great Experience with Great Staff I've now purchased 3 vehicles from Autofair Nissan in Stratham. The staff I've worked with to purchase the vehicles (Todd Picanso) and Sales Managers I've now purchased 3 vehicles from Autofair Nissan in Stratham. The staff I've worked with to purchase the vehicles (Todd Picanso) and Sales Managers have been straight forward and up front concerning the sale. On the back-end my service experience has been fantastic. Working with Luke and Danielle is what great customer service is all about. Whats nice is the feeling that they've been sent to a training class to understand how to properly treat their customers and haven't forgotten it when they left the training. I'll continue to purchase and service my vehicle at Autofair Nissan in Stratham since I trust their word and work. More

I have no complaints and have not run into any problems. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming! I felt completely comfortable. Emily Balkin helped me find just the right car for me. She made sure that I was completely satisfied with it before we moved on. I was not rushed into making any decisions and I greatly appreciate that. She was wonderful! I was given a couple of follow up calls by the dealership. They wanted to make sure that everything was going smoothly with my new car. They were very eager to make sure I had everything I needed. I feel that they take pride in their customer service. They treat you like an extended part of the family it seems. I really like that. I think that this Nissan dealership has me as a customer for life. Thank you so very much! More

When we got home my husband started looking at other dealers in the area on line, we found Auto Fair Nissan of Stratham. We made a appointment the next evening with Adam at Autofair Nissan. What whole different experience, Adam greeted us at the door, took us to the Rogue which was parked out front waiting for us, went over all features of the Rogue. We test drove it, loved it. Adam with Jonathans help gave us options buy/lease trade/sell. Options, sealed the deal for us. It wasn't like a " car sales" guy trying to make the sale it was personable which made our car buying easy. Go see Adam or Jonathan at Autofair Nissan or anyone on there team. You won't be disappointed. More
Issues with my purchase I purchased a used car from Autofair about a month ago and am already having problems. While my sales discussion was friendly and smooth, I was assur I purchased a used car from Autofair about a month ago and am already having problems. While my sales discussion was friendly and smooth, I was assured by Jonathan and Josh that the car had been through Autofair's service inspection and passed with flying colors. Not but two days later I started having issues. While some are minor others include strong vibration in the car, particularly at highway speeds and when applying the breaks; and steering issues (the car veers to the left when the hand comes off the wheel, enough to change lanes on the highway in under five seconds). These issues lead me to believe the car was not proper inspected and serviced at Autofair. The Carfax says some work was done on the vehicle prior to sale but I seriously question the quality of the work. I sent the sales rep I dealt with an e-mail and have had no follow-up. I've come away with a sour taste regarding my purchase and at this time would not recommend Autofair to family or friends. More
A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE I came in last week to possibly purchase an automobile and the experience was great. I was fortunate enough to have a salesperson named Joshua Bourbea I came in last week to possibly purchase an automobile and the experience was great. I was fortunate enough to have a salesperson named Joshua Bourbeau who has only been there a few months. He treated me with respect, dignity, professionalism and made the car buying experience seamless. We worked through the process without any egos and when we finished I felt that he truly cared about me. He even went one step further when there was a problem with some paperwork and met me in Seabrook, NH where we finished the last step. He conveyed to me that if there were any concerns or questions to call him and he would be there to assist me. This was the true essence of CUSTOMER SERVICE- Great Job More

After researching and shopping around for nearly 6 months I had spent a lot of time in and out of dealerships and the service I received here is beyond compare in a 30 mile radius. I've never enjoyed shopping for vehicles - from overbearing and pushy salespeople all the way to the couldn't be bothered, I have dealt with them all. Not only in this round of vehicle shopping but for the other vehicles I had purchased over the years. Emily and Scott were beyond exceptional,professional, curtious and helpful from the very beginning to after the purchase was made. If you want a great experience, a great price, minus the pressure, I urge you to see Emily or Scott. More
