After going from dealer to dealer, it was clear it was going to be a little bit of a headache I finally bought my first new car a couple months back. When I got to AutoFair Nissan, I sat down with Mike. He made the whole experience so easy and less stressful than other dealerships I had been to. Amazing experience I went into this dealership with the intention of price checking, researching vehicles, basically tire kicking. I was greeted almost immediately by Fr I went into this dealership with the intention of price checking, researching vehicles, basically tire kicking. I was greeted almost immediately by Fred in the parking lot. I told him what I was and was not interested in, that my credit was not perfect, and that I'm extremely non committal (lol). Fred listened and BOOM like magic a beautiful 2015 white Nissan Sentra appeared. Oh it was love at first site, I wanted to hug the steering wheel and lick the windows but I refrained from such activities...within a matter of hours the car was MINE!! Since the purchase Fred has called me and emailed to check in. He truly loves his job. I have already recommended Fred to two friends that are considering purchasing a new car. Thank you Fred ; ) More

Jim Savage asked if there was anything else he could do for me and I said the only thing I needed now was a way to clean my car. I do not have an outside faucet at home so car washing is a challenge for me. I was shocked when he offered to have my car washed/! It looks beautiful....like new and all the sap was removed. I was brought to tears to think that someone else cared as much as I did. Thank you, Jim and Emily...the best Mother's Day gift. More

For this review I would like to compliment the exceptional services I have received from the service department, specifically from Luke Robertson. Every time I need my car serviced, I schedule an appointment with Luke. He makes sure all of my needs are met and my car is in the best condition possible prior to leaving. Luke is extremely thorough with the entire process and keeps me updated with what my car needs each time I am there. He goes above and beyond to help me plan future appointments and financing options for the services my Sentra needs. I could not be more pleased with the maintenance and assistance I have received from Luke thus far, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of car services! More

i will be a life long car buyer from this dealership i know my wife wrote one but i have to write one as well 18 months ago i went there to try to get into a better used car than what i had Fred was our i know my wife wrote one but i have to write one as well 18 months ago i went there to try to get into a better used car than what i had Fred was our salesman then we were unable to get into the car i was hoping for but Fred did not give up we did drive away with a better car but with high interest ( nothing to do with them) 15 months later i got a call from them to check up on how everything was going never had that happen from any dealership before told them i would like better interest rates so they invited me back to try to refinance the car so i did no luck a week later on a Saturday they called me at home to tell me about Nissan 3 day finance special so i went back a within 2 hours i drove away in a brand new altima which is what i wanted 18 months ago thank you Fred for not giving up and thinking of me and my family when most forget about you after the sale these guys dont THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST thank auto serv and thank you frd More
