Car not available when I got there Updated info: to their credit the dealership called me right after i left to appologize for how I felt from the visit. They said they tried to call me before the appointment to let me know the car was not available. I did get their message, but it only asked that i call them back. They could have saved me grief if they just said the car was not available. Regardless, i feel they did try to make it right and make sure my concerns were addressed. I think my experience was mostly due to bad luck. I upgraded my review one star and i would recommend the place based on there quick customer feedback. Below is the original review. original feedback -- I felt manipulated. I called to confirm car was there, woman said it was, but manager would be gone in an hour so I might not be able to buy it today. I jumped in my car and was there in 20 mins. I was assigned a sales guy and asked to sit in a far back cube and wait while he checked for the car. Came back and said they were sending that car to auction cause of bad steering. Wish they would have said that on the phone or website. Then he asked "what was it about that car . . ." I immediately felt the bait and switch to try to sell me something I did not want. Walked out. When my first interaction with a dealer shows confusion and possible manipulation, it is a sign for me to go elsewhere. More

He is extremely knowledgable about the vehicles he is selling, and truly takes the time to guarantee your purchase encompasses all the characteristics on your vehicle "checklist". Dan's happy, and energetic personality, puts you right at ease moments after meeting him. Jamie Garaufis was super helpful as well, and knowledgeable about the loans and vehicle warranties they offer. During the finance portion I had a bit of a snafu with the original loan I was to obtain through a local bank, but Nick Kalman worked on finding a solution for me. I ended up walking out with my new car, and a better situation through Nissan, than I was originally going to have with the bank. Overall, I would definitely suggest checking out what these guys have to offer when searching for a new (or used) vehicle! More
