Absolutely rude I used them one time to repair my new car. They took my name and number as well as a lot of other information. When they were done I asked if he put the papers back into the glove box. He said yes. Months later I get pulled over and find out that he never returned the registration to me. I called them multiple times and nobody would even look for it. They threw them away without even calling me. I now have to pay Virginia all kinds of money because my car is out of state and i can't register it here because of these "professionals". More
Great experience. Came in for oil service and tire rotation and was informed of two vehicle recalls that were taken care. Worse customer service ever We traded in our leased Nissan and leased a new Altima at AutoFair. An auto-payment for the previous vehicle was already in progress, so we unfortunat We traded in our leased Nissan and leased a new Altima at AutoFair. An auto-payment for the previous vehicle was already in progress, so we unfortunately couldn’t cancel it. Nissan Finance advised us to contact the dealer directly to expedite the return of the extra payment. It’s now been over 3 weeks since making the deal and we still haven't received our over payment yet. To make matters worse it's virtually impossible to get anyone to call you back and when you do reach them there is never a straight answer. They are quick to take your money but certainly can't say the same on the return of an over payment or phone call. First class service? Absolutely not!! As a customer, we will never do business here again. Our family has had similar issues with different brands at AutoFair in the past... More

Loved the car and drove it home that night (which I was NOT expecting because I got there 2hrs before closing). Dealt with Fred and was treated very well and was very happy with the service that I got from Fred. Fred even let me sit in BRAND NEW Maximum which was very nice. I also dealt with Jamie in Finance and joked with him that I was taking the Maximum instead for the same price and he joked right back. EXTREMELY happy with the service that I got from both Fred and Jamie. Would DEFINITELY recommend AutoFair Nissan to ANYONE! More

I was immediately greeted by Fred who asked what I was looking for. I explained to him my situation and he was able to come up with a fair reasonable offer without the "Games" you sometimes get with other dealerships. Fred was a very friendly, knowledgable and helpful employee and I would have no reservations when recommending him to my friends and family. It was a very good experience at AutoFair Nissan of Stratham and the biggest factor in that was Fred. More
