But, as soon as I met Fred and we started talking about my interest in a new Rogue SV, I knew I came to the right place. I left AutoFair Nissan with the most beautiful new Rogue SV imaginable, with a monthly payment that I'm completely happy with. I was very hesitant at first because of what I was offered as a trade in value for my old vehicle but after talking with Patrick the manager I felt more confident in my decision. He was very honest and tried hard to get me the best deal possible. As for Ali the woman in charge of financing. She was terrible. After waiting 25 minutes for her to get me to sign paperwork cause she was looking at wedding pictures she tried to talk me into paying for something I did not want. After explaining that I made a mistake and would like to change the option I chose I got serious attitude and felt totally uncomfortable. I was baffled by how disrespectful someone could be at their own job. Totally unprofessional. It's really a shame that one woman prevented me from rating this place a 5. Everyone else was wonderful and I would buy a car here again but I would suggest avoiding her at all costs. More

In and out I came in looking at a Nissan Sentra they had, but after driving it i realized the seats were just not comfortable for me. Freddy suggested i look at the Altima as they have a zero gravity seat. The minuet i sat in the car i knew this was the car for me. I was at the dealership for a total of 2 1/2 hours and drove home in my new car. Freddy is great and so is the whole staff. I would highly recommend buying your next Nissan here! More

Brought a family member along to talk things over with. Josh Grattan was great. Knowledgeable, patient, willing to hear me out and genuinely interested in meeting my needs. He was not pushy and took the time to be sure I understood all of my options. They even kept my 5 year old entertained. At one point I thought the deal would fall through due to an insurance issue on the holiday weekend but job got right on it and took care of it. Bought a newer car with a smaller payment and walked away a very happy customer. More

They listen to what you say, ask good questions and give you the information you needed or desired. Even the sales folks do this, which is particularly unusual.
