Shady finance manager We bought in March 2014--finding a car was an okay process. The man we worked with seemed annoyed that I didn't like the first three that he showed me We bought in March 2014--finding a car was an okay process. The man we worked with seemed annoyed that I didn't like the first three that he showed me, but he was pleasant enough. We dealt with Patrick Escabi and he "bundled" the extended service warranty (which are always bull) in with the Hyundai Service package (oil changes/rotations, etc.) We wanted a refund ($3000) so went in and returned it and it took MONTHS to get it taken care of-but at least it took 10 months off our loan. I would never recommend anyone work with him. More
