When I entered Autofair Hyundai I was greeted by one gentleman, and I explained to him exactly what i was looking for. He introduced me to Adam, who made the rest of the time fly by. I was able to get exactly the car I was looking for, and at the price I was looking for. This was a much better interaction than three other dealerships I had visited that day and the days prior. Historically, pushy salesman, hidden motives, and poor service have geared me towards staying in my current car. That changed when I walked into Autofair Hyundai and met David Van Iten. Dave started by taking a comprehensive assessment of my needs and my wife's needs. He dug in to find what things are important, what things are nice, but not required, and what things do not matter to me. He got an idea of what my target budget was, and what would push the boundaries of my budget, but would be acceptable if I absolutely fell in love with the vehicle. He narrowed down his search to three vehicles that fit my needs, and had me test drive them each. He was VERY knowledgeable and what he didn't know he didn't pretend to know. When we made our purchase, there was no haggling involved. While we were driving the vehicle back to the dealership, he asked if this was the one for us, and we said “yes.” He then told us, "I have great news-this vehicle is under your budget." We were very happy to say the least. The paperwork portion went by the quickest. After we selected the vehicle, we were out of the dealership in half an hour. We even got to bang a gong for our own sale. I highly recommend contacting David Van Iten if you want your experience to be the best and not be talked into anything you don't want. A++ experience!
