When I asked about the feel of how the dual clutch transmission worked, he didn't really know no mention of a dual clutch transmission was brought up at all. There were a few other small things that he had to check with other sales associates on as well. Over all he was great, but need to learn a little more about the vehicles. Also, a full tank of gas with a new vehicle purchase would have been nice as well. More
