Great dealership I think the only think that limits autofair hyundai is space. There staff is great, my wife and I have bought 3 autos here I do my research on line be I think the only think that limits autofair hyundai is space. There staff is great, my wife and I have bought 3 autos here I do my research on line before we buy and feel I have a pretty good idea of what the vehicle cost and what my trade is worth autofair has closed the deal 3 times now and made me feel like I got a good deal and met all of my needs believe me I have walked away from a lot of dealerships. As far as going there for oil changes and lite service this is for all dealerships I don't have the time I would rather pay $85.00 for full synthetic oil change at Valvoline in 20 minutes time than get a free service at a dealership after I make an appointment days ahead and still have to wait hours, I'm not saying this has happened here but the times we have gone here we drop off for the day to avoid waiting but that takes two people two cars, my point is a simple scheduled service should be no more than 30 minutes if you find something in need of service in addition it's understood it will take more time More

No Hyundai The main problem is an incorrect model reference was used to determine the residual lease end value and needed to be corrected with the bank. I signed the documents and sent them back 2 times. I am still waiting for the documents to change my car title because of moving to Florida. I moved to Florida last January. I applied for the changing tag on March. Then They sent me an e-mail, they had a problem with the documents. Please Ask Jean Turgeon. He knows the problem. Great experience! Bill Utrera was our salesperson. He greeted us when we came in and offered his assistance. Bill went over the differences between Ford and Hyundai. We went on a test drive in a couple different cars. Bill then narrowed down our preferences and worked on the pricing. Bill stayed until 9:00 pm or later on a Sunday and missed New Years Prime Rib dinner with his wife. That is very dedicated employee. Rafael stepped in and worked with us to get a payment we could afford and got us into a 2017 brand new vehicle. Julie kept in touch with us for a couple of weeks until we could come in. She was great. J.D. completed the paperwork and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Another gentlemen cleaned the car along with Rafael. They all stayed well past closing time of 6:00 pm.. We returned on Monday and Bill gave us the roof rack and went over the audio system and paired our phones to the system. He even cleaned our plates from our trade in before giving them to us. More
