My 81 yr. old father brought his 2019 in for service, which he waited 3 weeks for the appointment. While in the service department a young lady approached my dad about their "bonus buy back program", which i am positive he had no idea what she was saying because he didnt wear his hearing aids, so he just followed her to a salesmans desk, who proceeded to tell my dad that his 2019 Sonata was not worth the cost of fixing and leased him a new vehicle, he didnt need or want. The next day it was on the lot for sale. (But not worth fixing, apparently). We have been discussing having his license revoked, due to his age, hearing and vision issues (he is not a good driver anymore). And the last thing he needed was a new vehicle with payments so high. They told him 300 a month, but of course by the time your done with finance, they have tacked on another $300, so now the payment is $600. My dad and I have bought our last 4 or 5 vehicles from here, but NEVER AGAIN!! As far as i am concerned, they are scam artist, that prey on the weak and febile minded. I am so disgusted. Warning: Dont let your senior parents go here for service on their vehicles alone.

Hello Matt, i believe we did meet on the 27th of Dec. When i went in to see if you all could help right this wrong that was done to my dad. Unfortunately, you all did nothing but take $50.00 off his monthly payments. We had to put more money down in order to lower those payments to a reasonable monthly payment, again was not reasonable. We understand that you all screwed my 81 year old dad and he is stuck with this lease, but i will not let this go. I will report this to everyone and anyone who will listen. Very disappointed in your business. I dont know how any of you can sleep at night knowing you are conning elderly people out of their vehicles, sad. Just sad!
