Thank you however your used car manager was tough as nails did not budge on price. The Doc. Fee is ridiculously expensive! You had the used car I wanted so you got your fee. Time spent at the dealership to get into F and I office exceeded expectations but the store was busy during crazy pandemic times. Debbie was kind and helpful and Nick did well with paperwork. Sales desk came across like a bunch oh xxxxxxx when Nick needed one dollar change to finish the Deal and he was told to REDO the paperwork. I already waited longer than planed to pay in full no finance. Big Auto group lots of franchises and stores. Expensive doc fee and not negotiable on price. Traffic in parking lots is a little fast dangerous it seemed like it was the employees leaving after work on Saturday causing a safety concern. More
