Frustrated I had a scheduled appointment to get an inspection sticker. Because of the pandemic, I asked my husband to meet me there so I didn’t have to wait in t I had a scheduled appointment to get an inspection sticker. Because of the pandemic, I asked my husband to meet me there so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. They said the appointment would take 45 minutes. I went back in 45 minutes, they said 20 more minutes. Went back and it then took another 40 minutes. In total it was 1 hour and 45 minutes for an inspection sticker. I received an email today from SiriusXM telling me that my vehicle was recently serviced with you and they have an offer for me. VERY unhappy that your company sold my email address. More
