I own a 1996 Honda del sol, hard top convertible. Over the weekend, the inside lever to the trunk let go and I could not open the trunk from the inside or with the key. Mark and his team worked relentless the weekend, the inside lever to the trunk let go and I could not open the trunk from the inside or with the key. Mark and his team worked relentlessly to get the trunk open. I was updated with the progress from time to time. Mark came to me with bad news that they couldn’t get the trunk open without doing damage to the car. Told him to do what he needed to do. I had the roof of the car and some merchandise inside. I waited a while longer. Long story short. They got the trunk open without damaging the car. Kudos to all for their persistence. I am a very happy customer. More

This is the only service center I use for my 10 year old car and I like that they are always honest about what needs to be done and what can wait because it makes budgeting easier. More

Not pushy. I was advised to have the break fluid changed because the vehicle was about three years old. I told John that it doesn’t have many miles and I’ll do it next time.
