Liam was very professional and addressed all of my concerns. No reflection on Liam, but bought my Pilot from AutoFair, told everything covered bumper to bumper for first year or 12,000 miles, whichev concerns. No reflection on Liam, but bought my Pilot from AutoFair, told everything covered bumper to bumper for first year or 12,000 miles, whichever first and I was told no, I had to pay for my front rotors to be resurfaced. Having issues with the radio and told I have to pay for a software update or pay for a diagnostic.....3 months! I’ve owned this vehicle for 3 months! Had to get my tire plugged, plug didn’t hold. Was away from home, had to put air in 3 times til I could get back to dealer next morning to fix it. More
