Much of that was spent waiting for the finance person to become available. It was a weeknight so perhaps they were not staffed up for that. My advice to buyers would be know what you want and stick to it. Learn about the available warranty options which they will try hard to sell you. If possible determine in advance whether you want to buy them. More
