I went to check out the CR-V because it got good reviews not really expecting to buy a car. I ended up driving home a new CR-V just 3 hours later. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. It was easy to make an appointment online. Pulled right in when I got there and was greeted right away. The rep went over what I was there for and recommended a couple of other things that wer Pulled right in when I got there and was greeted right away. The rep went over what I was there for and recommended a couple of other things that were due on my car. I chose to do a couple of them and hold off on the other one and there was no sales pressure. Car was ready when promised and the rep went over the paperwork and explained everything before checking me out. Great experience!!! More
WORST BUYING CAR EXPERIENCE EVER! So bad- I had to go into the office and ask for a manager to address my concerns. ( PS- I am no Karen and I hate " talking to the manager" - but this So bad- I had to go into the office and ask for a manager to address my concerns. ( PS- I am no Karen and I hate " talking to the manager" - but this is how BAD it was.) Went to buy a car where I was approached by Tae Kang in the parking lot. Asked me if I needed help and I said I did and I was waiting on my mother - who was the one buy the car ( I do the math $- mom does the shopping to see what she likes) - Tae right away starts to ask if we were from Massachusetts ( license plate) and asking if we were looking to buy today. We said we were and answered with "we are looking to see what we like" (we were looking to buy). He starts hounding us on why we were are at his dealership instead of one in MA- we answered with we were in the area, only 30 mins from our home and we took the day to go car shopping and this is where we landed. We asked him to go see the cars- the one my mom liked was locked. He says that he's too busy (after HE was that one that approached us looking to "help us") says that he has to go do something else and that he will send someone to help up. HE DID NOT OPEN THE CAR TO HAVE US LOOK! It was freezing out. We waited, no one helped, he left never to come back. Tae was not only unprofessional but insulting. Horrible sense of decorum. As the financial backing for my mother's car and as a Sales and Strategy director - I know about sales, techniques and customer service. This has been BY FAR the WORST customer experience I have ever had, EVER- in any purchase I have ever done. We were highly offended and discouraged from buying at this dealership and any of its affiliates. More
Fast service, courteous and understanding. I forgot my wallet at home but Erica and the service manager allowed y to take my car home and pay as soon as I got home.
