The business manager did not clearly itemize the additional warranty items and handed me an iPad with a monthly payment of over $100 dollars more per month than what was agreed upon with the sales department. This would total over $7000 on a 0% finance interest 2021 vehicle! I was NOT asked if I wanted these optional services. I had to directly ask several times for pricing specifics which were then given verbally. I would have appreciated a written list for more clarity. The general sales manager did listen to my concerns and acknowledged it was a training issue. More
