That said, I’m only giving the service center 2 stars and not recommending AutoFair Honda of Manchester due to their new policy for imposing a service charge of 3.5% of the total repair bill if the customer uses a credit card for payment. They do not impose any service charges when paying using a debit card. I use my credit card for all point of sale transactions as it protects or insulates my bank account from fraudulent activity. There is little to no protection on bank accounts when using debit cards. AutoFair Honda of Manchester basically offered to continue protecting my bank account if I pay them 3.5% of the total bill (pay with credit card) or exposing my bank account to fraudulent activity if I declined their service charge (pay with debit card). My next maintenance will be extensive and costly. I will call AutoFair Honda of Manchester before I schedule the service and, if this service charge is still in effect, I WILL go elsewhere. More
We went to this dealership on a Sunday and it was starting to rain. We were greeted at our car by an employee with an umbrella and walked us inside.
