When we bought the car 5 years ago, great service and quick transaction. Today in for some electrical problems with the car. When scheduled visit on line and when I called I was told everything should quick transaction. Today in for some electrical problems with the car. When scheduled visit on line and when I called I was told everything should be taken car of in one day. This was important since I was traveling two hours one way. Only 2 of my 4 problems were fixed. Very pricey just to diagnosis problems and then I have to find another time on a weekend to get the others fixed. Not Convenient for someone from a distance who works full time. I was clear why I was coming in. The 3.5% credit card fee is ridiculous. Should definitely be reconsidered for the money Money charged for service e. Never offered me a loaner car today though told I could have one next time. Paid $785’oo for service work today. Don’t feel like I got what I paid for. Problem was fixed and didn’t spend excessive amount of time in shop but would have preferred to stay longer and get everything fixed. More
