You are expected to know how the body of the vehicle is suppose to look. When in reality people go to a dealership because they are under the impression your getting a quality vehicle vs one off of John smiths Private Dealer. It’s very clear after my experience with this place. It’s all about money and getting vehicles on the lot. Make sure as a customer you go over the vehicle thoroughly. Cause as the customer it’s your job to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and not the dealer because we are purchasing the vehicle and it’s our responsibility. Money is everything to this place. Ask anyone. Take your business elsewhere where your not viewed as a loyal customer but as a walking green $ sign. More

It’s hit or miss when it comes to Honda Service. I was having issues with my XmRadio and they blamed it on Coverage. I self diagnosed from Google search and determined that it needed an antenna replaceme having issues with my XmRadio and they blamed it on Coverage. I self diagnosed from Google search and determined that it needed an antenna replacement. Auto Fair quoted 1k for the work. Well I took it to my local Car Electronics shop and they quoted $150. So the cost ended up costing $275 because of the Honda Auto Fair Diagnosis charge. I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager and he did not want to meet me halfway saying that he has to pay his techs. I honestly have not had satisfactory service from my local Honda Dealers for any Service work. They are more interested in up selling you with scare tactics. More
