He knew I was coming from a 12 year old vehicle and took the time to show me every safety feature and go over all the new technology with me. He put my mind at ease and even negotiated a higher trade-in value for my Toyota rav-4. From start to finish the whole process went smoothly and I never felt intimidated even as a female buying this vehicle completely alone. The mark-up on this vehicle was less than $1,000 over msrp and at this time that is by far the lowest of anywhere else I went.
