Service department is horrible. It is so hard to get a call back. Went in because there was a recall that could cause the car not to start (states on the recall that this happens) It is so hard to get a call back. Went in because there was a recall that could cause the car not to start (states on the recall that this happens) and our car was not starting. Was told that they are two separate issues even though the paperwork states that it could result in the car not starting. Wanted to charge us over $1300 to fix the starter. Pretty sure it does not cost $1000 in labor to change a starter. So went in for a recall and they ended up charging us for a diagnostic test. Do not go to this service department More
