Ask for Debbi, she’s the best! I’ve bought three vehicles from AutoFair over the years, and will continue to do so. No high pressure xx. I highly recommend them. I’ve bought three vehicles from AutoFair over the years, and will continue to do so. No high pressure xx. I highly recommend them. More
Always such a wonderful experience. We were worried that the service could have gone downhill, since covid negatively changed the overall customer experience in many businesses. However We were worried that the service could have gone downhill, since covid negatively changed the overall customer experience in many businesses. However, Honda Autofairs' wonderful reputation is still intact, and our sales person, Giovanni, was outstanding. Sorry you got home so late Gio, (we took such a long time). Still can't believe that you got us into such a beautiful brand new van. My grandkids are over the moon with all the seating choices and the TV with headsets. Thank you Gio. More
Bad experience this time around. Saw some guy named Adam, and told him about how last time I felt as if basically Auto Fair service really did a sloppy job, as they told me that I ne Saw some guy named Adam, and told him about how last time I felt as if basically Auto Fair service really did a sloppy job, as they told me that I needed a $1,600 oil seal fixed, and failed me my State inspection. When I took it to another mechanic (Midas), they quoted me $600, and then, after looking at the seal, said that it wasn’t even broken, and passed my inspection (auto fair charged me for the failed one regardless). What the other owner of the mechanic shop told me was, there was oil spilled all over the area where the seal was (probably when they were doing my oil change, which is what I initially brought it in for), and that that was probably their basis for saying the “$1,600” part and labor needed to be done in order to pass inspection when it in fact did got. Whether this was the case or not, either way it’s sloppy. Always good to get a 2nd opinion, and also get a MUCH cheaper price for the same work, if it REALLY needs to be done. Mechanics’ can get in trouble for falsely inspecting vehicles when REAL work needs to be done on them in order to pass. When I told the guy Adam about this poor experience today, from when the last time I was here, he basically got all defensive about it and tried to deflect by starting to tell me about window tint, and then said “what do you want me to say about it”, after asking him what he meant by “window tint”, which doesn’t even have anything to do with the mechanical aspect of a car. On top of that he didn’t even bother to tell me that the synthetic oil changes went up $20 ($89.99 from $69.99), BEFORE I got the work done, and when I tried searching for an e-mailed promo on my phone to apply, he said that he “couldn’t add it because I didn’t bring it to him before”, I’ve had other salespeople apply them afterwards plenty of times. After years of service at this location (and bought a car once), I won’t be brining my vehicle(s) back for anymore servicing, nor will I buy a vehicle from here in the future. People don’t like being lied to, and price gauged!! More
