Jeanne, we apologize that the manufacturer's paint on the new HRV was not perfect and we absolutely understand. Thank you for acknowledging that we offered to fix it. It's perfectly okay that you wanted to move on and cancel the purchase. We were trying to help so you could quickly fly in from CT, register the vehicle in NH, and get it out to Nebraska. We wanted you to have a great experience. Unfortunately the bank check was deposited. We assure you that this did not and does not benefit us in any way. We cut you a check before your check cleared to expedite the situation. Unfortunately your request for a new door from another vehicle wasn't feasible. We don't find our offer to fix the HRV and pay for a loaner car to Nebraska as unprofessional. We disagree that returning your money in full and not charging you for the installation of the leather and heated seats could be considered predatory. We do hope you find the vehicle you love.
