I was looking for a truck but didn't want to spend quite as much as a new Ridgeline would run me. I had spoken with Adam R. and told him what my budget was, and for a week we went back and forth by email an as much as a new Ridgeline would run me. I had spoken with Adam R. and told him what my budget was, and for a week we went back and forth by email and phone as used vehicles came in. I couldn't believe how diligent he was at calling me with all new arrivals that fit my wants. He found me a used truck with all the amenities I wanted at a fair price and I walked out with the keys the afternoon that he called me to tell me the truck was available. I was amazed that Adam and the financing department could be so accommodating especially on a Sunday afternoon. I'll be honest I usually steer clear of dealerships and tend to purchase private sale. The experience I had With Adam and the team at Autofair has changed my opinion of dealerships. Thanks. More
We visited Autofair Honda while seeking to lease a new Accord. The day before, we visited Grappone to discuss our trade in situation and found that we were close to where we wanted to be, but were about $ Accord. The day before, we visited Grappone to discuss our trade in situation and found that we were close to where we wanted to be, but were about $20-$40 high on the monthly payment and they just didn't have any more room to go down. I sent an email request to Autofair Honda stating the year, make and model, as well as payoff and VIN of our trade in. We made it very clear that the car was on loan to someone who had it out of state that weekend, but that we were looking for ballpark pricing. Brooke called about an hour later and stated that there were honda people on site, and that she thought we could lease the vehicle for less than $300 a month, but certainly in the low $300 range. I was told to ask for her on arrival. I made a point to say that this was a WANT to buy, not a NEED to buy, and that if we couldn't make it within our budget, there was no sense wasting our time or theirs. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly salesman, and stated that we were here to meet Brooke. He took us inside, went to talk to someone (sales manager?) who said she was tied up and that he would send her our way shortly. When we insisted that we would wait, we were told that Brooke basically returns calls to people and handles the phone side of things, and isn't really a salesperson at all. Our salesperson was extremely surprised to hear that the vehicle was out of state, and after some quick number crunching told us that there was no way we could get in the car with our down payment for less than the mid $400 range. We were further told that our trade in was worth about half the KBB trade in value in good condition (we pointed out that the vehicle is clean with new tires and is in essentially like new condition). When I mentioned what Brooke had said to me on the phone, the response I received was "Well, that's her job" - WOW. There was as brief effort to sell us on either long term financing or a used vehicle, but we left before we wasted any more of our or the salespersons time. On the other hand, Rich Gagnon at grappone was very friendly and helpful, even if he couldn't make the numbers work for us. More

When I went onto the Autofair website, it was with nearly no intention of buying anything. I had committed myself to another car in a personal sale and was arranging Plan B in the case that, for whatever re no intention of buying anything. I had committed myself to another car in a personal sale and was arranging Plan B in the case that, for whatever reason, it didn't work out from the seller's perspective. Once I gave a request to contact me, I was quickly contacted by Keith, who was incredibly helpful. I went to look at the car and still had minimal intention of purchasing it. After taking the car for a test drive and meeting with Keith and Peter personally, the Jetta quickly shifted to Plan A. I don't have a lot of trust in the auto sales industry, but Peter quickly dismissed any fear or hesitation that I had. He was genuine and not at all pushy. Not only that, but Peter made me feel as if he genuinely had my best interests in mind. He never hid anything regarding price. Peter was a true professional, making certain we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Although I honestly think it's going to be quite some time before I need another car, Autofair has gained a customer for life. Thanks everyone! More
We got an advertisement in the mail and though we had never planned on going there were foolishly enticed. We went just to LOOK but somehow bought the Accord. The sales person was nice enough, Basically never planned on going there were foolishly enticed. We went just to LOOK but somehow bought the Accord. The sales person was nice enough, Basically because we weren't really prepared to buy the car that day, we got ripped off on the price. I usually buy at Commonwealth, and highly recommend them. I actually got them to lower their price because at the last minute I got a bad feeling and started crying because I didn't feel good about it and called Commonwealth. I didn't tell Commonwealth I was at another dealership, I just called and told them I had bought from them before and wanted to know what they could give me A new Accord for. They quoted me a price $1000 less than they had given us for a DEMO car! So they then adjusted the deal. I was OK for the time, thinking all was fine. We were supposed to get our Certificate of Origination in the mail on Monday so I could register my car (Which Commonwealth always does for me) The paper didn't come and it had been a week. The DMV told me that technically I didn't own the car, so I could give it back. So I tried to but the General manager told me there was no way he was going to give me my trade in back (Which they totally ripped us off, lying and saying it was going to go to auction but they sold if for 3 times what they gave us in less than a week after We told them we were going to sell it our selves and they convinced us we would be causing more hassle doing that so we just traded it in for $2300 less than KBB said it was worth!) Anyways, I told him I didn't care, they could keep my car, I didn't want them to have my business and he told me they wouldn't take the car back and I already have a loan through them so I had to stay with them but they would let me trade it in for the EX that I had wanted. So I felt a little better about the car I had but not about the manager. I told him I had been ripped off and he said I was the one who made the agreement and he wasn't going to give me any discount, even after the hassle. So anyways, then I had an issue getting the new Certificate of origination and finally my sales man actually drove quite a distance to get it and bring it to our house, which I did appreciate and is why I didn't give them a 1 for friendliness. Even though this all got taken care of only after my insurance company called them and told them it is ridiculous and the needed to rectify the situation! But that was only one issue..... Dean Talley used to be a finance manager there (they claim he got fired after my complaint, but I assume they just wanted to make me feel bad which is just so messed up Since I recently heard from my friend that a dealership she went to tried the same tactic) He quoted us a monthly payment then said it would only be $6 more a month for this amazing warranty up to 120,000 miles that would cover everything under the sun it seemed. I said OUT LOUD, and he later admitted he heard me say "That's only $360, that is worth it" We were rushing when we filled out the paperwork because it took SOOOOO long there! We didn't notice it was over $2000 for the warranty. He had just quoted a higher monthly payment and said it would be $6 more than that and tried to use the argument that it was only $6 more than the payment he quoted even though that was not a real number! They are such scam artists! More

Prior to going to autofair, i did a good bit of research online. Initially, i went to Ford. No sooner did i get onto the lot, before i could even vacate my vehicle, they were on me like flies.....so pushy online. Initially, i went to Ford. No sooner did i get onto the lot, before i could even vacate my vehicle, they were on me like flies.....so pushy i left. When i went to look at Hondas, noone bothered me. I was able to "shop". When i was ready, a very friendly salesperson, Peter Wilcott helped me. He listened to what i needed and wanted. He answered all my questions and worked really hard to get me into the car i wanted. He was extremely friendly and made the entire process so simple. Buying a car can be a stressful time, and Peter made it stress free. Even more impressive, Peter emails me periodically to see if there is anything i need, to make sure my car is running well and that i am happy with my Honda CRV. Thank you Peter. I will see you for my next purchase....... More
I walked into the dealership almost one year ago and talked with Austin Rush, Sales Consultant. I have owned three Honda products, and drove '91 Accord for 15 years, till it was totaled in the acciden talked with Austin Rush, Sales Consultant. I have owned three Honda products, and drove '91 Accord for 15 years, till it was totaled in the accident. Austin was curteous and friendly. He followed up with me for past 10+ months, and never lost his cool even though I ended up buying '09 Acura RL for different reasons (change). Besides not doing business with Austin, I felt, I owe him for being perfect getlemen and respected my space. He never once insulted me for not making decison for past 10 months. I would urge the Honda buyers to get in touch with Austin Rush. He is knows his product. This is my way saying, Thank you to Austin Rush. More
We came to Autofair Honda after visiting several area dealerships when looking for our next vehicle. After checking out the other choices in 7+ passenger vehicles we were certain that Honda had the best dealerships when looking for our next vehicle. After checking out the other choices in 7+ passenger vehicles we were certain that Honda had the best product. They were, by far, the best experience that we had. Peter was very helpful and worked with us to find the right vehicle and the right price for us. He was very knowledgeable and covered all of the details about the cars we were looking at - the Odyssey and the Pilot. In all, we made three separate visits to the dealership, as well as some email and phone contact with Peter before deciding to lease a 2009 Pilot. Most appreciated was the lack of sales pressure and the usual "tactics". The actual time that it took to complete the paperwork part of the process was also the best experience that we have ever had - everything was done in less than one hour! We have spent several hours waiting for the car to be "ready" and to get all of the paperwork signed the last two times we leased at other makers/dealers. Autofair was awesome and delivered on their promise that it would not take that long! Since then, we have brought our Pilot to them for the state inspection and Resist All service. Our experience with the service department was equally good. We would certainly recommend this dealership and Peter to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks Autofair! More
