Purchased a 2020 Certified Civic. I found the under engine splash guard was missing when I changed the oil. I have emailed service, called and left a message with service, exchange se I found the under engine splash guard was missing when I changed the oil. I have emailed service, called and left a message with service, exchange several emails with Autofairs general administration which refuses to pass along the issue I have. This person tells me to come down for walkin service. I told this person that I don't live close "45 miles away" and I guess they haven't noticed the gas prices are not exactly low. So much for customer service, BBB is next. All this because Autofair refuses to take care of their customers. All I'm asking for is the part that goes on my car that Autofair took off to change the oil before I purchased it. I'll even put it on myself. More
I have always been a Honda customer, but I regret to say that I think this is the last Honda I’m going to own. I love everything about my CRV with the exception of the headlights. To be truthful, they are s that I think this is the last Honda I’m going to own. I love everything about my CRV with the exception of the headlights. To be truthful, they are so deficient I have a very hard time seeing at night and basically have to drive around with my brights on. I cannot believe that you guys did not catch this when you were building this vehicle. Full me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I have lost my faith in Honda because of this issue. More
