I buy cars very frequently. For the first time, I've found a loyalty to a dealer. I've been leery of car dealerships for a long time, but Autofair Honda does it honestly and with integrity and for me, t found a loyalty to a dealer. At no time did I ever feel like I was being misled. Although it was a very busy showroom the afternoon I purchased the car, Peter made certain to continue to check back with me to see if there was anything I needed. The process took longer than I would have liked, but it was accepted because of Peter's attentiveness. I have found my dealer. More
Thank you for being the one to sell us our Honda CRV. I have tried to get my husband to do this for two years, and we always ended up walking away because we couldn't agree on a price with the dealer.. Friendly,polite,knowledgeable, and very helpful, and he answered all of our questions. We were not looking forward to purchasing a new car at all! Much to our surprise, Patrick Escabi made this process actually fun. He is an easy going young man with a great personality who did not pressure all! Much to our surprise, Patrick Escabi made this process actually fun. I am greatly disappointed in the quality of this Manchester Autofair Honda dealership and the company. I was hassled into accepting my lease of a 2007 Honda Civic - The salesperson (who I can't re Manchester Autofair Honda dealership and the company. I was hassled into accepting my lease of a 2007 Honda Civic - The salesperson (who I can't recall) was very pushy and was intent on making the sale. I was in a difficult position, because I had a tight budget and desperately needed a new vehicle, so I accepted the terms, wishing we could have come to better finance option. One great problem I had shortly after I got the vehicle, it started smelling through the vents which caused me to nearly pass out and very nauseous, then I noticed it was leaking antifreeze, so I brought it in and they told me I needed a whole new engine due to cheap faulty manufacturing (engine cracked). I was extremely upset, due to the fact that they told me that this problem had happened to other vehicles, and that because it was only for a "small" amount of vehicles, this recall was not made public! How AWFUL! If I was made aware of this problem ahead of time, this could have been prevented. Then, I had my tires rotated and they should have warned me about the condition of my tires (they were basically balled!) but no, they said nothing... one would think they would want me to buy tires from them? Nope, instead, me thinking i was good to go, I get a flat tire minutes away from the dealership! When my lease was at its end, I got phone calls a month before nearly every day, leaving dozens of voicemail messages from several different sales people and computerized message on my phone reminding me that my lease was coming to a close (yes, I am aware!) and to call to schedule an appointment. I called them, ok! Stop calling me! On top of that, they repeatedly kept this up while I was getting married and on my honeymoon! My phone bill was $30 more this month because of the roaming and me listening to the messages! I called them back again telling them I know and to please stop harrassing me with these calls! I was originally told by the CSR at the start of my lease that "at the end of your lease, all you need to do is just bring the car to the dealership, we'll do an inspection, and you just turn in the keys" HA! NOT THE CASE! I have to go through three different service companies!!! First I have to have a SG vehicle inspector come to meet me at either my work or home during the hours of 8-1, or 1-4... either monday or wednesday... who is this, the cable guy?? what kind of inconvenience bs?! Then, after that I have to go to the Manchester Autofair Honda dealership to show the inspection paperwork and sign paperwork and turn in the vehicle, albeit no fees for damages. Then, after that I have to call another 1-800 number - the 'REAL' Honda, and tell them which the dealership should have already told them, that I have returned the vehicle! You wonder why I don't want to buy or lease another Honda vehicle and do business again with you? Your services are definately below par. I will never do business with you again and will make sure to spread the word of your terrible customer service. More
Derek was great to work with. I had the pleasure to meet with Derek last night regarding the potential purchase of a used vehicle. Although we opted to continue our vehicle search for now, we were highly impressed with Derek's p regarding the potential purchase of a used vehicle. Although we opted to continue our vehicle search for now, we were highly impressed with Derek's pleasant personality and genuine interest in listening to our needs given that he has only been an employee for a short time. I would like to thank James Thatcher and R. Burton Broadstone for everything they did for us. We had it one day. But early on Friday Jim Thather called and said we were approved at a lower rate.Jim Thatcher is a wonderful salesman and a very caring man. Now Burton I have met several times as well. He is just about the most politest man I have ever met.Your company is lucky to have them because they will go above and beyond to help their customers. When I first went to Auto Fair Honda I purschased a 2002 Dodge Stratus from them. This was my first car. I had no idea what I was doing but I do remember that everyone was very friendly. Unfortunally the car did not last as long as I hoped so I took it back and traded it in for a brand new 2009 Honda Civic. Tom Miller was the first to greet me. He was so nice and caring. I came to him in tears over my Startus. I told him all the problems I had with it and why I was trading it in. He came to me with open arms and helped me every way that he could. He even gave me a tour of the facility. After everything was said and done I leased a new 2009 Honda Civic. About four months later I started having trouble with the car. I took it back they tested it and took the upmost care to find exactly what was wrong with it. I took it back at least once a week with the same problem but we could never get it to duplicate it. My frustrations were high I knew their were too. But Kelly Mason and Jason Whitaker always had a smile on their face when I came in. They never turned me away or were ever second guessing what I was telling them. Eventually I came so much people who hadn't worked with me cared enough to know who I was and why I was there. After almost 8 months I took the car back to them and I now have a brand new 2010 Honda Civic. Robert Prine and Derrick Winward took such care of me. They didn't overwhem me and they help me out as much as they could with the price of the car and the monthly payments. No matter what goes wrong I will continue going to AutoFair Honda and I reccomend this place to everyone. More
This is my second car I purchased from AutoFair. My first car was a 2003 CRV. My overall experience with service and sales was excellent. I was just browsing and looking at the new cars. I met Alison and car was a 2003 CRV. My overall experience with service and sales was excellent. I was just browsing and looking at the new cars. I met Alison and she was willing to help me in anyway she could. She worked with me and understood my reluctance to give up my CRV as I did not like the new CRV's Alison suggested the Odyssey which I ended up purchasing. I felt that she was very knowledgeable and had great enthusiasm. She followed up with calls and E-mails and set up the appointment for our inspection. Suffice to say, that I would recommend this dealership and especially ALison. More
