After having a very poor experience with Grappone Honda in Concord, I visited with Autofair Honda in Manchester NH to purchase a Honda Civic LX. I have only PRAISE for this dealership! My sales person, De in Concord, I visited with Autofair Honda in Manchester NH to purchase a Honda Civic LX. I have only PRAISE for this dealership! My sales person, Derek Stulpin, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He offered me a very good deal on my Honda Civic LX and made sure the deal went through quickly so I would have enough time to pick up my daughter from school. The sales manager was very courteous as well, making sure all of the customers in showroom were being taken care of. I have been looking for a new vehicle for over a year now, and have been disappointed with so many of the other dealerships due to the hard selling techniques they use. I found this to be the opposite at Autofair Honda. I always felt that they had my best interest at heart and were willing to work for me to get me the best price, trade, and interest rate. I love my new car and am very grateful to all of the staff I had the pleasure of meeting at this dealership. The buying experience was OK - bought a 2007 CRV - but within the first month I noticed some damage upholstery on the passenger sun visor. The people at Auto Fair Honda were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. They worked as a team to come up with the car I wanted.
