From the initial introduction when I arrived at this dealer to the delivery of this vehicle, the sales & service I received was superb! I felt entering the dealership that this was going to be one dealer to the delivery of this vehicle, the sales & service I received was superb! I felt entering the dealership that this was going to be one of those experiences of a large dealership, somewhat insensitive and impersonal. I could not have been anymore wrong. This is great dealership! I have purchased many vehicles throughout the years and this dealership ranks at the very top of the list. Everything was handled efficiently, completely and exactly as expected. The vehicle was ready as promised and the service department handled the last minute request quickly. I work in a large institution and this type of customer service is what we have been working towards for many years. They treat each individual as an individual sale and go the extra mile to make that sale. As their advertisements state "We Make It Happen". They truly do. Thank you for the great car buying experience. I will certainly return for future purchases. More

This experience was a nightmare. Over 2 hours of miserable haggling. They offered me $100 for my trade-in, which is the next best thing to stealing my car. They added a $1495 "certification fee" to the list price. and their document/title fee is the max at $399. In the end they refused to sell me the car at the agreed price (after all that haggling!) unless i financed through them and took it that night. I walked out for the second time that night and will never go back. I ended up at Portsmouth Ford (soon to be portsmouth kia) who gave me a great deal at the listed price, no haggling, no fake fees, and $1500 for my trade in which exactly matched the blue book value. Maybe autofair will take a lesson on how to do business. More
I had already been to 3 dealers in the past 3 days and was getting a little frustrated with the service...I took a chance and came here and I couldn't have been happier. Not only were they friendly they w was getting a little frustrated with the service...I took a chance and came here and I couldn't have been happier. Not only were they friendly they went out of their way to get my payments around where I needed them. Between the quality of car, the mpg, and the what the car will be worth in years to come I just couldn't go wrong....Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

Steve in finance made signing everything painless and fast. I didn't get the annoying call that they want $20 more dollars a month because of a mistake..,and they've already emailed and called me a few times to make sure I'm satisfied! At every step of the process he was there to answer questions and advocate for us. We went into the dealership on our first day of car shopping, and had no intention of buying a car that day. Though they obviously wanted to sell us a car, there was no high pressure, and Pat made us comfortable enough with the purchase and the process that we ended up choosing our car that day. We own 2 Hondas, and although they are 75 miles away, we went to AutoFair because of their reputation for selection and service. We were not dissapointed. When there was some confusion about whether or not the Certified Honda Accord we purchased included new tires, Pat and the dealership stepped up and put a new set on the car, without any question. This was the ethical and honorable thing to do, and we were completely satisfied with the outcome. This is clearly a dealership that values their customers and cares about their continued satisfaction, even after the sale. Upon being turned away from many other dealerships for lack of credit, or the need for a BIG down payment, my final stop was with Autofair Honda, and i was SO surprised how it all turned out. First, Alison worked for DAYS to find the right finance for me. Originally told i was probaby getting into a lease (i was not so thrilled about due to mileage i put on a vehicle, i got the phonecall to come sign papers 3 buisness days later, for a nice VERY low mileage Honda Civic LX-S (about 15.5k miles =D). Not only that....but NO LEASE!!! I own this little gem!! $750 down and about 6.5 percent rate! I was TOTALLY blown away as this is my first officially financed vehicle in my life! BIG warranty and all kinds of goodies got thrown into the mix to make my grin almost painful it was so big =D I cant thank Alison and the finance team at Autofair Honda enough for making this all possible for me! Customer service TOP NOTCH!! More
