Dear Customer, Thank you for the feedback. When I first read your review I was obviously concerned. We always strive to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction, which has earned us the coveted Honda President’s Award for 8 years. I am a bit troubled by your final review. When you first called into our dealership we were up front with you on the price quote of a new vehicle, which was roughly 1% above our cost. You had some concerns on your trade so we went as far as doing a “sight unseen” appraisal on your vehicle since you were driving from such a great distance, as we regularly sell to customers in NY, VT, MA, ME and beyond. We were very upfront with you as to what to expect with your trade in value. We gave you a range on your trade, and when you arrived you received the highest value in our original range. We felt we had delivered more than a fair deal to you and it is unfortunate that you then demanded another $1,000 off of our vehicle and $2,000 above the trade in value. Please keep in mind that we are a business. Selling our vehicle below our cost combined with paying you retail for your trade is hardly a “fair deal.” Even with that being said we eventually agreed to your terms, which apparently still were not good enough. We have built our business on a strong commitment to our customers and by providing fair prices up front. That being said we do not appreciate being “held hostage” by customers who like to use these 3rd party sites to write ridiculous reviews to obtain unfair deals. We realize that not every customer will be 100% satisfied with us, but we make every effort and attempt to make good when issues arise. It’s unfortunate when customers will not work with us towards a solution. Jason LaCroix, General Manager
