Well, my husband & I were only going to look at Autofair Honda, because our intentions were to then go to Grappone, where co-workers had mentioned the service they received. But it didn't take lon Autofair Honda, because our intentions were to then go to Grappone, where co-workers had mentioned the service they received. But it didn't take long for us to know that we REALLY wanted JR to have our sale. We knew we were buying but just assumed it would be elsewhere. JR told us more about our Pilot than we even remotely knew by doing the research. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly, that we just knew we wanted to work with him and for him to have the sale. He worked hard for us to get the best possible deal and we couldn't be happier. We bought this car just yesterday and have already told so many people about him and Autofair. All of those at Autofair that worked with us were so very friendly and it was nice not to feel hounded or frustrated because someone is not willing to at least try. JR went above and beyond to make us feel great about our purchase. We will tell everyone about him and Autofair. More
I traded in a 2005 Volvo s40 for a 2010 civic this summer basically to save on gas and get the Honda reliability. I got $3000 less in trade then the book because they said it would have to go to auction, it basically to save on gas and get the Honda reliability. I got $3000 less in trade then the book because they said it would have to go to auction, it was a beautiful car serviced at merrimack st Volvo. Auto fair tried to push many extras like an extended warranty and service plan. I ended up reluctantly getting the service plan because it supposedly covered some free oil changes and inspections. The next week I looked on their website and my Volvo was for sale their for $8000 more than they allowed for me in trade. This upset me because I took a big hit so it could go to auction. Then when I went for my free oil change they said it would be an extra $70 if I wanted synthetic oil (which I only use), and there is a wait. $55 for synthetic where i normally go, and no wait. I called around other honda dealers for another estimate on autofairs $120 transmission flush and $120, $92 for transmission and $59 for brake fluid. So I paid $600 for a service plan for a free inspection an some $5 and $10 coupons off service that is way over priced. When I tried to get my $600 back they said they would at first, then said no because I already paid for it, and the guy was rude. Won't go here anymore. More

She even went out and bought went above and beyond to reach my expectations. I was there to lower my monthly payment and she did that and much more. JR was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and I felt I got a fair deal. I would have like to have had more time to evaluate the warranty that was offered. I didn't take it becau questions and I felt I got a fair deal. I would have like to have had more time to evaluate the warranty that was offered. I didn't take it because it seemed a lot of money for the value, but if I had had time to do some homework on it, I might have purchased it. More
I had been researching used cars online for several weeks before I stumbled across the AutoFair Honda website. Once I did, there was no need to look any further. I found two 2007 Honda Accords that I liked, before I stumbled across the AutoFair Honda website. Once I did, there was no need to look any further. I found two 2007 Honda Accords that I liked, and I negotiated the price of both online down to what I wanted. I told the online sales representative that I'd be there on Sunday to take a test drive. When I showed up, I was informed that both of the vehicles that I had negotiated had been sold the day before. I was a little upset, but it was Columbus day weekend after all. Just when I thought I wouldn't find anything, JR came out from the offices and had a key in his hand. He walked me over to the back of the showroom, out the door, and then over towards a red 2007 Honda Accord that had just came in the day before. The vehicle was in pristine condition, and JR informed me that that is how the vehicle came in the day before. After showing me the CARFAX report and talking with me about the vehicle for thirty minutes, I decided it was time for a test drive. Throughout the test drive JR was accurately answering all of my questions, even going so far as to inform me of things that I didn't already know. He was quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. On top of that, he was friendly and had a good sense of humor. At the end of the test drive I decided that I wanted the car. We went back inside to negotiate price. I explained my financial situation, what I could afford, and I couldn't. JR told me that they were going to offer the vehicle for a higher price when they put it on the lot because it was in amazing condition, but he said that because they felt bad that the cars that I had looked at online before had sold they were going to give me a good deal on the Accord. I thought it was just salesman jargon, but it wasn't. The price JR gave me was below both Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. I have to say that he was by far the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. So after agreeing on the price, talking possible warranty options, and giving me a ballpark monthly payment figure I went in to close the deal with the Steven Wirtz. Steven is a finance manager at AutoFair Honda, and he too was a good guy to work with. He wasn't as friendly as JR, but that's to be expected when you're dealing with money for a living. Steven found me a great car loan at a great APR, and offered me a fair rate on a maintenance package. Although the inclusive price was within my budget already, I even managed to talk him down a little on the warranty price. I spent about an hour with him, and I have nothing bad to say about it. He's tougher to deal and negotiate with, but he also doesn't make you feel like an idiot and try to sell you things that you don't need. I used to believe that car finance people were well-trained in the art of manipulation and deception, but I did not get any of that from Steven. He was fair, honest, and to the point. He was probably the best finance guy I have ever dealt with. After dealing with him, I walked out with the keys to my new Honda Accord. After two weeks of ownership, I can tell you that is was the best decision that I could have made. It's an amazing car, and I will definitely be back to buy my next car at AutoFair Honda if I still live around there. Overall, I had a great experience. JR was on top of his game when it came to sales, and Steven smoothly hammered out the details and finished the deal that put me in a great car. I will be back. And if that wasn't enough to make you come back, they have free coffee drinks and popcorn, free internet and WiFi, and an awesome facility. On top of that, I brought my car in to the service department yesterday to get an updated inspection sticker and I think that they too are going to be a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out in about thirty minutes, and the people there were just as friendly as JR. THIS PLACE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE ON YOUR LIST WHEN THINKING OF A NEW OR USED CAR! Lastly, while my fiancee was waiting for me to finish the paperwork with Steven, she decided that she too wanted to get a car. She just couldn't help herself! After seeing the positive experience that I had just went through, she knew it was time. She ended up walking out on the same day with a vehicle as well, but I'll let her tell you that story. More
I had been online looking for a lease or possibly a purchase of a vehicle, and I came across the site for this place and saw that there was a live chat option. So I figured I'd ask a real person so tha purchase of a vehicle, and I came across the site for this place and saw that there was a live chat option. So I figured I'd ask a real person so that I wouldn't have to keep searching on the site. Anyway, I ended up making an appointment. On the day of the appointment I went in, I was disappointed that the person I had made the appointment wasn't the one to great me but none the less, I continued. I was warmly greeted by Patrick Escabi which boosted my mood up again. I told him that I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted and I wanted to know options as far as what kind of car I wanted and financing as well. He went over many options as well as very insightful and most of all very friendly and patient! I explained that I wouldn't make a decision about a purchase unless I found out how much I would have to pay for insurance, and he willingly helped me call a company and find out then and there. As if his help wasn't good enough already, he even stayed about an hour past closing time along with several other people, just so I can figure out all the questions I had. I got a really good deal as well(which I might have been able to negotiate a little more but I didn't even bother cause it was already with in the price range I asked for). Anyway, I love driving the 2012 Honda Civic LX. Go see Patrick and tell him Zahra sent you:) More
"T" was a great sales person. No pressure, upfront and time sensitive to our time frames. We went there to look at cars, not necessarily buy - but it seemed like a fair deal. I would reccomme upfront and time sensitive to our time frames. We went there to look at cars, not necessarily buy - but it seemed like a fair deal. I would reccommend this sales person to all. The finance time was fast and efficient and Chris did a great job understanding our needs versus options and helped guide us through the process. More
My family & I went AutoFair Honda to look at used Honda Pilots. From the moment we arrived, Ty was so friendly & knowledgable of the vehicles. There was no pressure to buy, he let us take it for a ri Honda Pilots. From the moment we arrived, Ty was so friendly & knowledgable of the vehicles. There was no pressure to buy, he let us take it for a ride with the kids and were sold on it The Pilot drove so nice and comfortable. The buy experience from start to finish was easy and friendly and everyone involved with the sale, were so personable. Because of that reason, after completing the purchase of the Pilot, we looked at replacing our other vehicle with a leased Accord. There is no comparing the deals we got from AutoFair to any other dealers..ie: Toyota, Chevrolet and Ford). Looking foward to having the new vehicles serviced there. Thank you Ty, Steve and Matthew for a great experience. More

We've been part of the "Autofair Honda Family" since leasing a Civic in 2009. The sales experience we had in 2009 was good, and the service that we have received over the past two years has been o since leasing a Civic in 2009. The sales experience we had in 2009 was good, and the service that we have received over the past two years has been outstanding. I had no problems at all with the Civic and their service department was top-notch, so easy to schedule appointments, and with the Honda rewards program, we had so many deals that upkeep was easy and inexpensive. Last week our lease on the Civic was up, so we visited Autofair to see what our options were. We met with Curtis, who was friendly and seemed interested in what our needs were, as well as Adam Rocheleau, our sales consultant. Adam worked with us to test drive a new vehicle, and when we found it was our of our price range, he helped us find something else that met our needs just as well and didn't pressure us into a monthly payment we couldn't afford. For anyone that dreads going to dealerships because of pushy sales people and feeling "taken", I would highly recommend Adam to you as he was helpful and made the whole experience pleasant and easy...and we didn't have that gross feeling afterward that we have felt after visiting other dealerships. This experience just solidified the fact that we will be customers of Autofair Honda in the years to come, and recommend Adam Rocheleau to our friends looking for a low-pressure, excellent sales experience. Paperwork was a cinch and I'm sure we will find using the service department with out new Accord to be as wonderful as it was with the Civic. I would recommend this dealership to everyone with no hesitation. More
