I have looked at many local dealerships and spent quite a few Saturday's feeling like I was wasting time because they couldn't help me on the price or weren't easy to work with. Upon arrival into Autofair Manchester, NH, on 18 June 2011, I was greeted politely and courteously by Lena Groeneveld. I was informed, via Honda, to contact sales manager (Burton Broadstone). Lena offere 2011, I was greeted politely and courteously by Lena Groeneveld. I was informed, via Honda, to contact sales manager (Burton Broadstone). Lena offered her assistance because Burton was busy with another client. Lena then immediately, took all the necessary information from me, in regard to a possible vehicle trade-in on either my 2006 or 2009 Honda). Approx 45 min. later, Burton represented himself to me, but allowed Lena to continue the transaction, with any assistance, if needed, of himself. After considerable amount of negotiations, we came to an agreement with the assistance of Burton, (who was the liaison between myself, Lena and whomever made the final call). The professionalism that was exemplified was head and shoulders above any other dealerships to date. It was obvious that, as a retired Army veteran, that Burton, [an x-Marine], was direct & very helpful in finalizing my transaction. I was VERY comfortable & pleased dealing with the likes of prior military personnel. It would be a gross injustice if, for whatever reason, Autofair Honda in Manchester, NH lost the caliber of expertise these two individuals posses! More
Dealing with Patrick Escabi was our pleasure. He was much more informative then we expected. No push or shove but quite the salesperson. Not only did Patrick give us his time but so did so many of his colleagues.All took the time to greet us,talk to us,and on the end to congratulate us on our new car. We were happy to ring the bell. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We feel we have made a good choice. This is my second new car through Auto Fair Honda. As with my first visit each person I met was always very friendly and helpful. Auto Fair was a new dealer for me. I had always bought from another dealer. The friendliness and the patience was impressive. We had some problems with the getting the insurance stamp, but the staff was from another dealer. The friendliness and the patience was impressive. We had some problems with the getting the insurance stamp, but the staff was determined to finding a solution. David April went the extra mile literally. He drove down to my city, got the stamp and went to the Registry of Motor Vehicle with me. That is great service. He was determined that I would have my car. The new Honda Civic has whole new look especially the dash board. Dave and I worked together and had fun learning about the new computer and displays. All in all a great experience and Dave worked hard to make everything work. More
Matt was very attentive and patient. If he didn't have the answer to our question he sought out someone who could answer our question. He went over the differences between the Insight, the car we eventually purchased, and the Civic, the only car we originally were considering. We found all of the gentlemen we met with to be courteous and helpful. Also, when driving home in our new Honda we realized we left our garage door opener in our old car and by this time the dealership was already closed. I called Matt on his cell phone and informed him what had happen and he said he would take care of it and we could pick it up at our convenience. Matt must have gone back and retrieved the opener from the car that evening because when I arrived the first thing the next morning, worried they may take the old car away before Matt got into work, the sales person wo was there found it in Matt's desk. This type of service and caring is the reason we continue to come back to AutoFair Honda when we are ready to purchase a vehicle. More

As most people do when they go to a dealership, they have a price in mind and offer a lower than normal price to see what deal th we could work with. Matt found me the perfect car and was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgable on all the different makes and models of each car and was able to lead me t professional throughout the entire process. I am just blown away. My wife and I contacted many Honda dealerships in our area, some gave us good prices, but high fees. Others gave us higher prices with low fees. Some didn't even contact us! We were getting ready to settle with another dealership, but the salesman dragged his feet on getting the color we wanted on the lot. We were becoming discouraged, and then we decided to go for the long pass. We are glad we did. We contacted the Auto Fair at 3:30pm on a Thursday and had a finalized price on the table by 11am on Friday. We drove home in our new vehicle on Saturday at 2:30pm. We drove 3 1/2 hours one way to be there, and in some terrible weather conditions. But we are glad we did, and we saw WHY they sell so many vehicles. They really want to make a deal, and I think we saw close to 5 (if not more) cars sold in the two hours we were there (they ring a bell every time they make a sale). Francine McNeil, so prompt, so professional, and just worked to make that deal. We didn't get to meet her, but because of the deal she made over the internet, she is the reason we drove so far to purchase. JR Belanger, sales associate, just a really great guy all around. We had no complaints about dealing with him and he made us feel comfortable and was very thorough. He did have another appointment show early and he managed to juggle the two of us, without keeping us waiting. I didn't like how his co-workers with obvious seniority treated him though, this guy was busting it to keep two customers happy (one who showed up 2 hours early) and stuff like that should be kept in the back office, not on the showroom floor. It did leave a bad impression the need to push on someone who was trying his best in the situation he was in. I will say this, we will be shopping here again for our Hondas, and when I decide to purchase a new Ford Truck, my phone call will be to the Ford Auto Fair. I can see WHY the Honda Auto Fair sells so many cars. You just have to witness the enthusiasm, the dedication of the staff, it is amazing. We saw 2 cars sold right off the SHOWROOM FLOOR while we were there! I am going to tell everyone about my experience, the final negotiated price they give you is the one they hold to (they will try to sell you a warranty pkg when you go to work out financing) and I am just so pleased. Thank you Auto Fair, please keep up the high standards, and the great deals. I see why you have so many awards. My 2 hours in your establishment was a pleasant experience. More
