I brought my 2011 CRV into Autofair and there was a miscommunication between my service advisor, Roger and myself where he understood I gave the approval for service work and I had not. Roger was very helpful and, again, this was just a miscommunication. I went to my salesman, Jim Thatcher, who immediately went into action on my behalf. Any salesman can be "your friend" when things are going right but it is when there is a problem that separates "the men from the boys" so to speak. Jim passed in flying colors and brought Austin ( Sales MGR/Customer Relations") whom I told that I did not approve the work as Roger and I miscommunicated. That simple. Austin, Roger, the service manager, and Jim made it right and made it so I "would not walk away disappointed"...and not only did I not "walk away disappointed", I will "walk" back to Autofair for any car purchases/service etc moving forward. In addition, my wife and I discussed this over this past weekend and we both agree Jim Thatcher is the best car salesman we had ever done business with ( we are in our 60's). GEV More
I was recommended to Autofair Honda by a friend who had recently purchased his car there and had had a fantastic experience. Like him, I always dread going to car dealerships so I was looking for a place that could make it as easy as possible for me. When I first went into the showroom I was immediately greeted by Tod Pennington. He showed me around while we talked about what I was looking for. I had done some research the night before I went so I knew that I wanted a new civic because it was great on gas and cost effective. My credit isn’t the best, so my biggest concern was getting financed and I told him that up front. He told me not to worry and showed me several different models and told me about all of the available options that were offered in the civic . I was blown away by how well he knew the cars. After I decided which model I wanted he introduced me to Eddie Domaingue, his manager, and we all got the paperwork started. Tod and Eddie managed to get me into a lease on the car on wanted at even less then I expected to pay. They might do this every day so it’s not that big a deal to them, but they saved me a lot of money and aggravation so I really want to thank them. I’m not a big tech guy but after Tod was done showing me around my new car I felt completely comfortable using everything in it. I can even change the wallpaper picture on the dashboard. I wanted to lease a crossover vehicle and the new CRV was at the top of my list. I just had a baby, so I am not able to spend hours at a dealership negotiating prices. I decided to call a few area dealerships and negotiate a price over the phone with the options I wanted and my monthly payment in mind. My sister had just leased a new CRV from Tod at Autofair and had a great experience, so I called. I spoke with Jason, who worked with me to come up with a price that met my budget and expectations. I was able to do all my negotiating over the phone, and after speaking to another dealership, found Autofair was offering the best price. Jason arranged for Tod to meet us at the front when my husband and I arrived, baby in tow. The process was expedited as much as possible, as they were very considerate of the fact that we had a newborn. Tod was extrememly knowledgeable about the vehicle and exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend Tod to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. I would also recommend Jason, as I feel he was extremely fair and worked hard to get my husband and I the best price. Tod even called me the next day to see how everything was going so far and see if I had any questions. We went back the following weekend for our state inspection and Tod greeted us again and talked to us about some features and asked how we were enjoying the car. He made it clear that we could call him at anytime with any questions we might have down the road. Thank you for a great car buying experience. More

The entire transaction went very well. Alison greeted me upon arrival, realized the vehicle I was interested in wasn't on the (front) lot. She went and found one that had just come in. Although it wasn't fully prepped yet we were able to take it out for a test drive. Duri ng the drive and after, all my questions regarding features and operation were answered. The negotation was conducted in goodtime and the price was fair. Alison then took the time to take me around to show me service and to schedule the appointment (that was best for me) to have the treatment and options I wanted installed. The service appointment went accoring to schedule and again, the personnel were efficent and courteous. More
