This was my first dealership experience. I had just recently put my last car to rest at the vehicle bone yard, and needed a car very fast. Working with Alison made it so much easier. I could tell she was working very hard to keep me pleased. There wasn't a single day in my week long process of buying my '08 Honda Civic that she didn't call me to update me on my status. She came in on her days off to make sure everything was going smoothly, and when the day came for me to come pick up my car i was running behind, she stayed late that night to ensure i'd be able to get it. She has contacted me since asking how my car is doing, and it still runs like the day i picked it up. Overall experience with Alison was OUTSTANDING!! Great job Autofair Honda when it comes to picking hard working employees! More

The adventure started with my 8 yr old son as my wingman. His was charged with checking the back seats and trunks of all the cars we were going to drive. I had just put to bed my Camry with 225,000 miles, His was charged with checking the back seats and trunks of all the cars we were going to drive. I had just put to bed my Camry with 225,000 miles, still runs but not good for my long commute. Over the next 2 days we checked out 6 dealers and drove 14 cars. Each one my son checked to make sure he could crawl out from the back seat thru the trunk. By the time we made it to Auto Fair he had the drill down to a tee. Ali greeted us and we were quickly trying out a Civic. She asked the right questions to learn more about what I was looking for as we went on our first test drive. After trying out a standard and an auto I knew that a Honda Civic was the right car for me. I decided on the color and package. The car I wanted was not in stock but Ali assured me they would do their best to find the right car for me and she followed up with a nice email letting me know she had it under control. Later that night I decided that I need to upgrade to the EX-L. I called her the next morning to let her know what I was looking for. A short while later she called back to let me know the color I wanted wasn't in New England. I asked if they had Silver and she said they had that on the lot with the options I was looking for. She took care of everything ensuring that when I arrived that night with my family that the car was ready to go. The closing was simple and professional. I appreciated the GM coming out to ask about my experience ensuring that everything was just right. Did I mention that Ali did all of this on her day off! The whole process was a very nice experience and I'm looking forward to many many miles on this car, and so is my son. I told him that this would be his car when he get old enough and since this is a Honda - I fully expect that he will get a chance to drive it for several years (after I put 30k per year) hopefully thru college and beyond. I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord from Autofair in Manchester. Jamie Gitschier was my salesman and I truly cannot say enough about this young man. I felt entering the dealership that this was going to be one dealer to the delivery of this vehicle, the sales & service I received was superb! I felt entering the dealership that this was going to be one of those experiences of a large dealership, somewhat insensitive and impersonal. I could not have been anymore wrong. This is great dealership! I have purchased many vehicles throughout the years and this dealership ranks at the very top of the list. Everything was handled efficiently, completely and exactly as expected. The vehicle was ready as promised and the service department handled the last minute request quickly. I work in a large institution and this type of customer service is what we have been working towards for many years. They treat each individual as an individual sale and go the extra mile to make that sale. As their advertisements state "We Make It Happen". They truly do. Thank you for the great car buying experience. I will certainly return for future purchases. More

This experience was a nightmare. Over 2 hours of miserable haggling. They offered me $100 for my trade-in, which is the next best thing to stealing my car. They added a $1495 "certification fee" to the list price. and their document/title fee is the max at $399. In the end they refused to sell me the car at the agreed price (after all that haggling!) unless i financed through them and took it that night. I walked out for the second time that night and will never go back. I ended up at Portsmouth Ford (soon to be portsmouth kia) who gave me a great deal at the listed price, no haggling, no fake fees, and $1500 for my trade in which exactly matched the blue book value. Maybe autofair will take a lesson on how to do business. More
