We have made several attempts to reach out to you in the hopes of learning from your visit. It is unfortunate that things didn’t turn out the way you had hoped. As you can see from our many positive reviews and numerous satisfied customers, this is not typical of the shopping experience here at AutoFair Honda. We do understand that you can not please every customer, even though we make every effort to do so. I am sorry that you felt that our appraisal was too low for your Kia with over 130,000 miles on it. We do have a company policy in place which prevents us from “holding” vehicles for customers as it’s not fair to other shoppers who may be interested in the vehicle. We did try our best to provide you alternatives where you would be able to do your own financing and still purchase our vehicle, however those did not seem to work for you.
