I have been shopping for a car for quite some time. Since AutoFair was closest to me, I decided to take a look. When I went there the first time, back last January, I made it clear that I was looking Since AutoFair was closest to me, I decided to take a look. When I went there the first time, back last January, I made it clear that I was looking for information only, and that I would not sign a deal for any car, even if the car cost $1.00. Apparently that went in one ear and out the other. All three sales people that I worked with immediately asked "what do you want to pay", and submitted a spreadsheet with over-inflated payment numbers on it. I have the internet and can do simple math, without needing a dealer-provided spreadsheet. They wanted to pull my credit, and talk about the color of the car, before I even got a chance to drive and/or look at it. I ended up walking out of the dealer, and went to the Grappone Group, where they treated me with respect and understood that buying a car is a tough decision that I wasn't about to take lightly. I've returned to AutoFair twice since then, both times for Service on my girlfriend's Civic. The first time, they spilled brake fluid all over the engine and then said "sorry, we spilled brake fluid, that's why it took so long". The second time they took 47 minutes to do an oil change that is advertised as free if it takes longer than 39 minutes to complete, and wouldn't honor my request to make it free. They also said that I needed four new tires, even though the tires had been replaced by that dealership 10,000 miles before. I said at that point that I would never, ever, return to AutoFair for anything, nor would I ever recommend AutoFair to anyone. I work in retail sales, with 120 other people, and spend nine hours per day in face-to-face interactions with customers. I have spoken to two customers and two co-workers who have since bought from Grappone. My best friend used to have his Hyundai serviced at AutoFair, but now he drives to Grappone. I also purchased a vehicle from Grappone last week. Funny how the dealership that I went to that treated me fairly and respected me, eventually got my business, and they will keep my business as well. I'd be very surprised to see if someone from AutoFair calls or emails me. There must be a lot of morons or people that don't pay attention to the way AutoFair does business, otherwise the majority of the reviews here wouldn't be favorable. More
For a young sales rep Derek exhibited a surprising knowledge of the Honda Pilot. This vehicle is electronically loaded and Derek was up to speed on all the options. He went out of his way to treat us as if we were his only customers of the day. All the personnel we dealt with couldn't have been more accommodating. More

I went to turn in my Honda Accord as the lease was coming up for renewal. I was thinking about leasing a CRV but was not sure if it would fit in my garage. Tae let me test drive the vehicle to my house to up for renewal. I was thinking about leasing a CRV but was not sure if it would fit in my garage. Tae let me test drive the vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit. I'm glad I did that, because it was definitely to high to fit in my garage. I came back to the dealership and ended up leasing a 2012 Honda Accord which I love. Tae Kang knew that I didnt want to spend the entire day at the dealership. He and everyone involved in my sale did a great job expediting all the paperwork. I would most definitely refer someone to Tae Kang. More

We went in after doing some online research for a used Accord. Called ahead of time to schedule a time. Upon arrival, Jonathan was very nice and we went for a test drive. He was mostly knowledgeable Accord. Called ahead of time to schedule a time. Upon arrival, Jonathan was very nice and we went for a test drive. He was mostly knowledgeable about the car. Of course when trying to negotiate for the price, he stuck right to the "the online price is the best price we can offer". However, the online price was a good marked down from the price on the window sticker. So we didn't mind the price. For this sale, we were "monthly payment" buyers. Daughter has a budget. Needed to keep the payment under $265. Term wasn't as important to us. So Jonathan comes back with a spreadsheet showing a range of monthly payments based on term and how much down. The ranges didn't quite make sense to us. They seemed high. We had already gone to another dealership and their equivalent chart put the monthly payment lower. The app on my Android phone put the payment lower. We didn't have a binding contract yet so we agreed on the price for the next phase. We did get Jonathan to throw in a tank of gas (their policy for used-cars is only 1/4 tank). Chris showed us the traditional spreadsheet of different extended warranties you can buy ranging from premium all the down to basic. Each with a monthly payment for 60mos. The monthly payment including the basic warranty was $267 just like we asked. Here's the trick: Chris doesn't include a column for "no thanks, I don't want an extended warranty". I asked so "what's the monthly payment WITHOUT any extended warranty". Ah, that is only $221 a month. So the chart that Jonathan showed included some form of extended warranty. Their hope is that you would think you only have the 4 choices of extended warranty but not realize you also have the "no thanks" category. You also can buy them online after the fact from any Honda dealer so do some Google'ing for research. The number you need to compute is the actual cost of that extended warranty. You are paying each month for it. For our situation, it came out to $2700. True that the warranty would cover bumper-to-bumper to 120K miles (I think) while the 100K powertrain warranty (the car has 72K miles) is just a powertrain warranty. So even assuming you'd have some repair (A/C, water pump, etc.), will you spend more than $2700 on it? With proper maintenance, Honda's will last a very long time. Of course, once we decided on "no thanks", it did get a little chilly in Chris' office signing the actual paperwork with even a snide little comment under Chris' breath with daughter said she'll be waiting to the very last day of the 20day plate to register the car. ("Of course you will.") The car itself was detailed very good. Autofair has a multipoint inspection check. The engine, interior, trunk, were clean. It was very busy by the time we had finished the purchase. Jonathan hustled and got the car into the delivery area. We even posed for some photos to post on Facebook. More

I anticipate buying another Honda from Jim in the near job. It wuuld be hard to find a single fault in how Jim conductedb himself and the deal was completed successfully and in a very timely manner.
