I came in recently to get a service done to my car and would just like to say that working with Lisa Diggins was absolutely delightful. I am a Quality Assurance Specialist and she provided the best customer service I have had from Auto Fair. She went above and beyond regular service and got everything I needed done in half the time I was expecting. Every time I came in, the service was prompt. I was shuttled to my job thanks to Lisa when I dropped my car off yesterday morning. My experience with Honda has been excellent and I am even considering buying another car this summer. Clifford Lawrence is a great salesmen. He was reasonable and very friendly. I have had bad experiences in the past with car salesmen and he was very refreshing. This is my 3rd Honda Odyssey van from Autofair Honda in Manchester and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else but here for future vehicles! Cliff answered every question and then some as we aimed to keep my two kids entertained during the process of selecting just the right van. I was in serious need of a new vehicle. They had exactly what I wanted in stock, at a fair price. My credit is in rough shape due to a foreclosure, but they managed to finance me, which was a major concern what I wanted in stock, at a fair price. She new the car inside and out, as she has the same one. It was obvious her knowledge of, and enthusiasm toward the vehicle was genuine and not simply rehearsed. The finance manager (sadly I can't remember his name) was great also. Efficient, knowledgeable, yet very friendly and down to Earth. I felt well taken care of the entire time I was there. The care itself is fabulous. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment from it. My last car simply got me around. This one is not only functional, but it's a real treat. More

I brought my 2011 CRV into Autofair and there was a miscommunication between my service advisor, Roger and myself where he understood I gave the approval for service work and I had not. Roger was very helpful and, again, this was just a miscommunication. I went to my salesman, Jim Thatcher, who immediately went into action on my behalf. Any salesman can be "your friend" when things are going right but it is when there is a problem that separates "the men from the boys" so to speak. Jim passed in flying colors and brought Austin ( Sales MGR/Customer Relations") whom I told that I did not approve the work as Roger and I miscommunicated. That simple. Austin, Roger, the service manager, and Jim made it right and made it so I "would not walk away disappointed"...and not only did I not "walk away disappointed", I will "walk" back to Autofair for any car purchases/service etc moving forward. In addition, my wife and I discussed this over this past weekend and we both agree Jim Thatcher is the best car salesman we had ever done business with ( we are in our 60's). GEV More
I was recommended to Autofair Honda by a friend who had recently purchased his car there and had had a fantastic experience. Like him, I always dread going to car dealerships so I was looking for a place t recently purchased his car there and had had a fantastic experience. Like him, I always dread going to car dealerships so I was looking for a place that could make it as easy as possible for me. When I first went into the showroom I was immediately greeted by Tod Pennington. He showed me around while we talked about what I was looking for. I had done some research the night before I went so I knew that I wanted a new civic because it was great on gas and cost effective. My credit isn’t the best, so my biggest concern was getting financed and I told him that up front. He told me not to worry and showed me several different models and told me about all of the available options that were offered in the civic . I was blown away by how well he knew the cars. After I decided which model I wanted he introduced me to Eddie Domaingue, his manager, and we all got the paperwork started. Tod and Eddie managed to get me into a lease on the car on wanted at even less then I expected to pay. They might do this every day so it’s not that big a deal to them, but they saved me a lot of money and aggravation so I really want to thank them. I’m not a big tech guy but after Tod was done showing me around my new car I felt completely comfortable using everything in it. I can even change the wallpaper picture on the dashboard. How cool is that! Thanks Tod, Thanks Eddie. I will definitely be sending everyone I know your way. More
