My wife and I went to Autofair Honda this morning because we smelled an odor coming from underneath our 2006 CRV. We recently had ALL fluids changed and new brakes installed. I thought the smell may have bee we smelled an odor coming from underneath our 2006 CRV. We recently had ALL fluids changed and new brakes installed. I thought the smell may have been waste oil burning off the undercarriage. We did not have an appointment but Randy Werner who we have known for years took the car in and about 1 hour later he came into the waiting room and gave us the good news that nothing was leaking. they even checked the brakes to make sure a break cylinder was not leaking. This is service at it's best. I have had Honda's for 20 years and had them all serviced at Nault's Honda and Autofair Honda. Autofair Honda and Randy along with Lisa Diggins are top shelf as well as the tech's. I would not buy or have my car serviced anywhere except Autogair. More

It took me 3 days to decide on a car, and I felt all of the staff were extremely accommodating and patient. In the end, I comfortably and confidently purchased my ideal car. This is the second car that we have leased from AutoFair Honda, and the second car from Ali, which alone is a compliment to both the dealership and to Ali. I called Ali on Saturday morning to see what she Honda, and the second car from Ali, which alone is a compliment to both the dealership and to Ali. I called Ali on Saturday morning to see what she had available with the specific features we wanted and she told me she had several on the lot that matched our specifications. I was not able to get to the dealership until 7pm as I had a full day of obligations, so Ali being respectful of my time, had a car pulled up and ready to go for a test drive as soon as we got there. Ali was able to match us up with a CR-V that had all the features we wanted (and then some!) and in the perfect color! Randy in the business office was also great to work with. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various financial options we had available to make sure that we were comfortable with the financial side of the deal. Both Ali and Randy were able to make the car buying process an enjoyable experience. We drove our new car home that evening! More
