I have been bringing my car to Autofair for service because of the great customer service they have. Even when I initially ask for something to be done to the car they will tell me if I really need it because of the great customer service they have. Even when I initially ask for something to be done to the car they will tell me if I really need it or not where other places would just do it regardless. In cases where they say I need something done, they are not forceful about it and if I say no they leave it at that. Lisa on my most recent visit was very helpful and understanding to what I needed done and detailed everything up front for me so there was no surprises. I live in Nashua and drive the 20-25 minutes to Manchester to have my car taken care of by them and will continue to do so. More

My wife and I went to Autofair Honda this morning because we smelled an odor coming from underneath our 2006 CRV. We recently had ALL fluids changed and new brakes installed. I thought the smell may have bee we smelled an odor coming from underneath our 2006 CRV. We recently had ALL fluids changed and new brakes installed. I thought the smell may have been waste oil burning off the undercarriage. We did not have an appointment but Randy Werner who we have known for years took the car in and about 1 hour later he came into the waiting room and gave us the good news that nothing was leaking. they even checked the brakes to make sure a break cylinder was not leaking. This is service at it's best. I have had Honda's for 20 years and had them all serviced at Nault's Honda and Autofair Honda. Autofair Honda and Randy along with Lisa Diggins are top shelf as well as the tech's. I would not buy or have my car serviced anywhere except Autogair. More
