Matt Dube went above and beyond any expectation in the customer service dep't. He was able to provide detailed information about every car we looked at and took time not to rush our decision. I was very pleased with the overall effort. We were able to take the Pilot for a drive on our own for a few hours so we could make sure we were comfortable with all aspects. From the first step inside the door, the level of respect and listening to my needs was far better then the Ford, or Toyota dealers I had been to prior. The open honest sales style was low-key and upfront, none of the usual new car sales junk other dealers subjected me too. It just got better, from that point. We worked out the deal in a matter of 30 minutes, agreed on everything and still got respect when I was not ready to sign a great deal on the spot. It told me a lot that they were not going to pressure me into a bad choice, but wanted me as a happy buyer even if it would not mean hitting a dealer monthly sales bonus. I was in shock when I left that a car dealer could make me feel special and not another number on a board. Over next few days and a couple of emails for clarifications and the deal was done! I will admit I shopped the deal around and other dealers were telling me to take the deal from AutoFair it was that good. I did find a cheaper car, but it was clear that the included extras from Autofair were all hidden add-ons from the Toyota and Kia dealers. Honda is a better car too for what I was looking for, but that is a personal choice. Money still talks as does amazing customer service,if I ever have an issue with Honda I know AutoFair will help me, they just seemed that kind of team. I can not say enough great things on the process when we showed up to select a color (they had them all) and closed the deal. The real shock came when they did not try to add on a single "extra" in what is often called the pressure office. In fact I felt like they were under pressure to not make me wait to drive off in my new clean car. Talk about a simple, classy operation getting the 200 legal forms signed in under 30 minutes. I think they set a record for any car I have ever purchased. They had the car cleaned, state sticker, fueled and ready before we even had my credit report and paper work done!! If the service is that good at the 5,000 visit they have a customer for life. I have no doubt it will be, they already called to see if I was happy with the service department for just doing the state inspection!! I will say the sales guy (Ron Wilson) has set the bar for what I now expect in buying a new car. The sales management team was also great, just didn't catch names to give them the credit above in name selection, it was just that simple a process. Great dealer experience! More
Jim Thatcher was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle a Honda CRV. After we made a deal he went over all the options for taking the vehicle home with us that day and he made sure that the vehicle was prepaired for delivery. The whole team went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of. I have purchased many new cars and this was one of the best experiences I have had. My Wife and I are very pleased. More
