I am 56 years old and dealing with Ryan Bishop and Matt Plainte while I was trying to buy a used car and lease a car for my wife was an unbelievable experience. I was so glad that I decided to travel to Manchester and visit AutoFair. Without a doubt this was the happiest I have ever been when leaving a dealership after purchasing a vehicle. I will strongly encourage anyone that I know that is in the Market for a vehicle to stop in and see Ryan Bishop. They will be very happy that they did so. I have dealt with many different sales representatives in my life. Alison has got to be the WORSE i have yet to ever have dealt with. First, the car that we were test driving was low on gas so we weren't a my life. Alison has got to be the WORSE i have yet to ever have dealt with. First, the car that we were test driving was low on gas so we weren't able to fully test the "speed" of the car and how fast it picked up. Barely out of the parking lot, Alison already started talking pricing. I mean, Can i enjoy the car first? As soon as she "thought" we weren't able to afford it, she basically told us to turn around. VERY unprofessional from Alison if you ask me. Not only that, after we got back from the "test drive" as we started talking pricing, told her that we saw a pricing on "cars.com" she replied with "i do not set the pricing on cars.com and that they are a third party". I then asked the manager the who sets the pricing on cars.com, and he proceeded to say the dealership does. I can go on and on about how bad this visit was and let's just say i will never return to this dealership. Id pay extra to receive better customer service than i received. More

I definitely wasn't planning or expecting to buy a new car but Ryan was very patient and helpful doing his best to come up with a way I could afford a new car. At first I was nervous to pull the trigger and sign the line for my first Brand New car seeing that I'm only 21. Iv had my car for about 6 Days now and i am very pleased with all the features and Performance/Handling of the new 2013 model upgrades. I have also received about 3 calls from Ryan and the dealership checking in to see how the car was and if i had any questions so far. I'm Definitely happy with my decision to buy this new car and haven't had any regrets or second thoughts about it. Thank You Ryan Bishop for all your time and effort. Sincerely, Danny More

I have purchased my last two cars from this dealership and I take them both there for service. I enjoy the service department because they do a great job keeping you informed about the condition of your and I take them both there for service. I enjoy the service department because they do a great job keeping you informed about the condition of your vehicle without pressuring you to do unneeded work on your car every appointment. I generally deal with Mr. Daniel Wood, who treats me great. If there are ever any problems, they've worked with my by reducing prices and/or comping a rental. It is for all of these reasons that I continue to have my vehicles serviced exclusively here! More
This being the second car I bought from this dealer, I was expecting a good experience when I pulled into the lot. Alison was the sales person who greeted me and proceeded to shepard me through a very ple was expecting a good experience when I pulled into the lot. Alison was the sales person who greeted me and proceeded to shepard me through a very pleasant search for and then purchase of the CR-V I was looking for. She listened to what I was looking and then helped me find it. The price negotiation was quick and relatively painless. Shantel took over the documentation part of the purchase and had me out in record time. From start to finish, it took about 2 hours from when I drove into the lot in my very old Jeep to driving out of the lot in my very nice 2011 CR-V. My expectation of a good experience was exceeded. The service department also got in act the next day when I stopped back to have a minor problem with the bumper fixed. All I did was drive in to the service bay, show the problem to a very helpful guy (sorry I don't remember his name) and then wait a few minutes for them to fix it. The bar has been raised for the next time I need to buy a Honda. Now I will drive in expecting a great experience. More
