Although I was not helped by the same dealer as my sister, Ryan was just as helpful and actually wanted to help me get into the car I wanted. I would absolutely recommend anyone go to this dealership and ask for Ryan Bishop. He was such a joy to work with and my family enjoyed him as well. I couldn't thank everyone enough. More
We researched the car we bought on-line and then went in with a printout of the specific car and the special Internet pricing. We were not 100% sure we were going to buy a car because our existing car was still working. The dealership didn't apply too much pressure on us to make a deal. We discussed our thoughts with the sales manager and then decided to leave without buying. They thanked us for coming in. We returned later after deciding we would in fact buy the car. The final wrap-up of the deal with the business person was typical of dealers trying to up-sell warranties, "included" service, and other services. They didn't push hard when we declined the up-sell items. One thing I thought was lacking versus our previous two car purchases is that this dealer doesn't include free inspections for life, only the first inspection is included. To get "free" inspections, you have to pre-pay 3 years of service. More
Worked with Jeff Cate for the 2nd time in 13 months on trading in my certified pre-owned 2009 CRV for a new 2013 Honda CRV. Within an 3 hours of calling him back to find out more information, I drove away with a brand new car and once again a satisfied AutoFair Honda customer. Chris Beck in financing was great to work with as well. Curtis and his recon team did a great job with cleaning the car in such a short period of time. These guys do whatever it takes to get you exactly what you want! I know I will certainly be back (not in a year, but in a few) for my next new vehicle. More
In shopping around for a car this past weekend, I was referred to Autofair Honda. I connected with Nick Ayotte and soon realized how incredibly fortunate I was. It had been ten years since I last purchased a car and really didn't know what I wanted or what to expect. Nick was great (and patient) while I tried to decide on the many options I had. I finally made a decision and headed home with the car, but soon realized I hadn't made the right choice. I contacted Autofair the next day and spoke with Burton Broadstone, Sales Manager. He assured me we could make an exchange (since it was within the appropriate time frame) and not to worry because they just wanted me to be happy. I also got a call from Nick who reassured me it would be okay and would meet me (even though it was his day off) to make sure I found a car I would be happy with. I was anxious and embarrassed to start the process all over again, but everyone was very supportive. I really appreciated the extra time and effort Nick (who went above and beyond) and the entire Honda team gave me. Thank you! I love the car and know this one was the right choice for me! More
We bought a Civic and a CR-V from this dealership back in 1998, where we had also serviced them for the 260,000 miles driven between the pair. We decided that now was as good a time as any to finally trade both vehicles in for newer models (both cars had been exposed to the vagaries of the New England weather without ever being garaged) and, whilst one was ultimately replaced by a Jeep Wrangler (Honda does not really offer an equivalent vehicle), we wanted to buy at least one Honda, since we had never been stranded by either of our 98s in close to fifteen years of driving. We know and trust the service department where the staff are accommodating and offer unbiased advice - as an example, we were able to discuss our trade-in options both with Autofair and with competitive dealers in a straightforward no-nonsense manner. IN buying the new car, we worked with Zach Kitchen, who spent a great deal of time going through the various features of the three base models of the 2013 CR-V and was willing to show us numerous combinations of exterior/interior colors for each and he had a good knowledge of the possible additional options that could interest us. Given that the dealership was very busy, Zach was friendly, patient and extremely thorough and, once we had settled on "the car" we were guided through the purchasing side by Dave Flowers. We weren't really expecting to leave the same day with a new car, but the process was fair and smooth and we are pleased that we did. We look forward to owning this vehicle for at least ten years and expect to continue to use the service center at Autofair until, well, we buy our next vehicle in ten or so years' time. More

Good Morning March 18, 2013 I wanted to share t March 18, 2013 I wanted to share the exceptional experiences wish I have encountered at Auto fair Honda in Manchester, NH. My name is Rebecca Stamp , I am a manager for the 99 Restaurant which is located in front of this said dealership. Back about 6 months ago my son Patrick was in need of a vehicle. He was determined to buy a Honda because of there reliability and resale value. We quickly met Ryan Bishop who was very honest and outgoing and bound and determined to get my son into a car he could afford. You see, this was not such an easy task as my son has no credit history, is a full-time student at Northeastern University and works only PT as a server. In addition, my credit is less than perfect. Ryan was not deterred when hearing this, but determined to work with us and get my son into something he could afford. My son had his heart set on a civic, but Ryan showed him the smaller FIT and explained that $ wise, this might be the best option. My son fell in love with the FIT, quickly measuring the inside to see what the inside measurements were etc., as he is an AVID downhill skier/racer and could NEVER have his precious skis transported on top of a vehicle. Ryan hung tough with all my sons weird quirks and my input as the overbearing mom. Steve Wirtz was most helpful as well and made the financing experience a painless one. Sadly, about 3 months into ownership of his used FIT my son was in an accident on a snowy morning. Patrick's' FIT was totaled, luckily he walked away with minor injuries. After dealing with our insurance company I did not hesitate to call Ryan once again, telling him the situation and again asking for his help. Mr. Bishop did not disappoint. He told me he would keep an eye on vehicles coming in, and also explained that we would have to wait until our insurance company dispersed a check to Honda financial to get the process started over AGAIN! Steve Wirtz, very pleasant once again on the financial end. But wait, the story does not end yet! 3 days after purchasing his 2nd FIT , Patrick had a blow out on the highway, his tire went flat in the Mountains of NH on his way to a ski event. He put the doughnut on the car and I called Ryan to see what could be done about this. Ryan said he was not sure if anything could be done, but to bring the vehicle to the service department, have them take a look and we would take it from there. The service manager( sorry do not recall his name), told us that it looked like Pat had gotten a flat and driven it several miles before changing it. My son strongly disputed the fact and I was bewildered as to WHY your dealership would not take care of a $130 tire, on a $17,000 vehicle just purchased there 3 days prior. The service man then said perhaps he could give us a 50% discount on the tire.... I still thought this wasn't right. Seeing how distraught I was , he said he would talk to the Sales manager on duty and see what they could do. In walk Curtis Vanetts, who was quite gracious and understanding of the situation, yet also saying that my son perhaps had something to do with the demise of the said tire. Curtis quickly explained that my son would be the perfect candidate for your extended road side /tire package I believe is what is was, but assured us that the tire would be replaced free of charge ! WOW ..... I had spoken to a few people before going to the dealership regarding the tire dilemma and the response was the same...."That dealership isn't going to do anything for you, its a tire" ! My response was " I don't know, they are GREAT people over there, I have had nothing but a fabulous experience in every aspect of their business so far, and it never hurts to ask!." TA-DA, The guys at AUTO FAIR HONDA came through for me again! It is refreshing to know that there are still outstanding car dealerships who go above and beyond everyday and take care of their buyers one at a time, as a person, not just a number. THANK YOU again to Steve Wirtz, Curtis Vanetts, but mostly to RYAN BISHOP! I recommend him and Honda to all my restaurant patrons asking about the dealerships behind us.
