My day started out at Peters Honda in Nashua and the difference between there and Autofair Honda was incredible. Jason was willing to answer any question my wife and I had for him. As soon as we met Ryan we were put at ease and were very comfortable. We told him what we were looking for and five minutes later we were checking out a Civic. He never pressured us and when we asked for some advice he told us what he thought and what he would do if he was in our place. When we decided on purchasing the Civic Dave went over all of our paperwork with us. He was very thorough but efficient. That afternoon we drove out with a brand new Civic, our first new car. When I first arrived at Honda for my appintment reguarding my lease I was welcomed by a nice gental man who got me over to Ryan to talk about my Lease. Even after buying the CRV when I went back to AutoFair for my inspection sticker, he continued to stay right on top of the service staff to ensure I was having another pleasant experience, and I did! He is a wonderful asset to the AutoFair team and really excels in customer service. (For starters, their oil change was half the price of Rockingham Honda for the same service) but they kept me SO well informed on my vehicle... every single service and check they did on the car, as well as information on services they recommended I do, on a very easy to read print out so I knew what my car needed, and how badly. The check in process was great - made sure they had all my right information, knew exactly what they were doing with my car, and everyone was very polite and friendly. They were so organized and informative, and I felt so comfortable with them working on my car. I absolutely recommend Autofair Honda for services! More
