I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with the Tacoma you had purchased from us and I understand that you still have some concerns with the condition of the truck. After you had exchanged it for a different vehicle; we had the truck frame inspected by mechanics in our shop as well as a independent Toyota dealer. It was confirmed that the frame was safe, and Toyota had also confirmed that the vehicle had been repaired under the original recall. Toyota had also informed us they are working on another campaign and when they had more information they would contact the effected customers. Because the truck had been deemed safe and we had assurance from Toyota that our customer would be taken care of, we decided to retail the vehicle. Our goal is to provide our customers with safe, reliable vehicles at competitive prices and this isn't something we take lightly. I’m sorry that you were unhappy with how this transaction transpired.
