Auto fair Certified preowned equals trash you wish you didn’t buy don't even know where to start with this company. I thought they were a great company wiith a terrific reputation.Well, that was a lie. didn’t buy don't even know where to start with this company. I thought they were a great company wiith a terrific reputation.Well, that was a lie. I was told That they will do everything they can for customer satisfaction.That was a lie. When I purchased the vehicle I was told it was top shape and with NO accidents. That was a lie. I was told that the vehicle being a certified pre-owned vehicle from “auto fair” means you could expect good things.That was a lie. Everything was a fight …they sold me a used car they got as a trade-in with Not only a previous accident, but they also took the liberty of selling me an insurance package that covers a key Replacement that was invalid because it never came with a second key. They sold me a vehicle with an instrument cluster failure.That should not have passed an inspection.when i tried to bring up all these problems They fought me on everything they only gave in because i went to the AGO for help.. Some ppl have said well maybe the very large dealership with years of sales and body repair experience didn't realize that a future investment car had been hit a few times .. i mean its not like they sell thousands of cars and would waste time combing through a trade in to “DEVALUE” it or resell it “ AS AN INVESTMENT” On top of that they really tried to pressure me into paying for a replacement for a key they never gave me and a repair on a car that should of failed a NH state safety inspection unless they passed it themselves “oh i forgot they did the sticker” More
