I even used AutoFair points so it was a simple 2 button transaction. I asked Nicholas if he could cash me out after waiting for 20 minutes, he said sure and helped right away. My advice to buyers would be know what you want and stick to it. Learn about the available warranty options which they will try hard to sell you. Simple process. Went in just intending to test drive a Pilot. Was trading in a Pathfinder which I liked but getting to end of lease. Rebekah and Amy were great answering my questions and setting up a time to test drive. Ernesto greeted me upon my arrival and had me in the test drive in just a few minutes. Following we started looking at options, financing, etc. Very smooth process, Shantel also then jumped in to help close out the deal and get me where I wanted to be. They were both great, Ernesto was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well. Team moved quickly and Victor handled the final paperwork. With in three hours was out the door with the vehicle that was top of my list. Team was fantastic. Never felt pressured. More
