I came 60 Miles each way to Buy at Auto Fair James Dean cold called me on my leased 2014 Pilot I got from him. I really was not thinking of giving it up that early, but the more we talked and the James Dean cold called me on my leased 2014 Pilot I got from him. He went out of his way to get the color combo and accessaries I needed. I must admit I always buy a BLACK car. But this time I chose a Dark Gray (Modern) with black interior.... On my drive down from Hanover I was doubting my choice, looking at all the cars I saw on 89 and 93. I parked at AutoFair and was still reluctant of my choice. James came out to greet me with a VERY confident smile. He brought me to the room they keep the finished detailed car , and as I turned the corner I was so pleased with the choice of color combo , and accessaries as he seemed to be. Care about customers Our purchase started off with some trouble shortly after the purchase. We had a gentlemens agreement (verbally not in writing) about some accessories Our purchase started off with some trouble shortly after the purchase. We had a gentlemens agreement (verbally not in writing) about some accessories. After a week nothing came to me that I was promised. I got the feeling they were backing out of the things promised to me. After some phone calls to the sales managers they got me the accessories I had been promised and some additional ones (which I greatly appreciated). I was very happy with the way it ended and I thank them for problem solving with us and agreeing to the verbal agreements we had made. More
