No gimmicks, no back and forth, just a really aggressive price on the vehicle and a seamless purchasing process. They ensured I was comfortable with all of the paperwork and all of my options. After agreeing to a written price via email, upon showing up at the dealership Honda AutoFair pulled a quick one and went back on their written word by saying they mistakenly gave us an incorrect estimate. How many people has this happened to before myself? Please make your stories known so people can make educated decisions before selecting a dealership... I recommend Rockingham Honda to anyone in the market for a new Honda as this is where we went after we had to walk out of AutoFair. Oh and by the way Rockingham Honda was sympathetic of our situation at AutoFair and without any question met the price in our email. More
Unprofessional Was there for hours with 2 young kids and was told we just had to pick up the car the next day and sign the papers. Looking up prices in the area we saw the numbers were off. Well come the next day we find out it’s because they screwed up and put the wrong trim in. How did we catch this before they did?? And they did nothing to insure we got into a car despite their screw up! Stay far far away! More

It was painless I went in rather confused about what I wanted to buy. I had been to a few other dealerships and drove the CRV. One dealership didn't have any cars that were right for me. Another dealership, I didn't feel good about the sales guy. At AutoFair, I sat with Ty and asked a lot of questions about the CRV vs. the Fit. They had a perfect 2017 Fit on the lot. I knew as soon as I drove it, that was the car for me. I got a fair price. During the financing meeting, they didn't try to sell me any extra add-ons. I had some help linking my phone to the car. The Sales Manager helped me get the right documentation from my insurance agency after they initially sent it incomplete. More
